Grant Lee Buffalo: Mighty Joe Moon (1994)
This is a really good 90’s rock album you should check out. I got it as a gift for Christmas and have been enjoying thoroughly. The album is 10+ years old and they’ve, well, disbanded since, but they have a few albums you could still get. Wikipedia describes them as “Americana-tinged sound, clearly influenced by the likes of Neil Young and elements of old-fashioned country music”. I don’t really hear the country music in it, but you might. Take a listen over at Amazon and then pick it up at Half.com cheaper.
