How this is possible, I don’t know, but it appears that Anna Nicole Smith is continuing to rack up the diseases from beyond the grave (well at least from beyond the morgue). Access Hollywood is reporting that details are coming out that:

Anna Nicole may have also been suffering from lupus, which can lead to chronic and extreme pain across the body in muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Geez, what didn’t this poor girl have? She was on Topamax, Dilaudid, and Methadone. Apparently she wasn’t one to take a cue from the death of her son as a result of drug combos. I’m not sure if they’ve determined what she was taking for the giant tumor named Stern that she had recently developed. Unfortunately that tumor continues to survive and no doubt plans to live quite fat and happy off Anna Nicole Smith’s fortune.
