Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler, 20, is on his way to jail for 2 months for throwing punches at a tow truck driver and city worker a year ago. Well gee, he must have had a pretty good reason, right? Oh of course, these two were blocking Wahler’s and his friends’ car (they were probably on their way to get pedicures). Schmuck.

But it gets better. One of Wahler’s friends got out and kicked the tow truck driver as well as spat in his face (is anyone else watching 24 where Morris keeps saying “spat”? English accents are great). Schmuck again.

I’m sure it wasn’t really Wahler’s fault, his lawyers probably claimed, considering he had a BAC of 0.22 when all this was happening. Clearly he hasn’t improved things considering he was arrested again last week for underage drinking.

These types of trust fund babies are really something else. I’m consistently amazed by how “above” everyone they must feel about themselves. You’ve got no business being out in society when you think it’s acceptable to punch, kick, and spit on someone because you’re temporarily blocked in with you car. Hopefully Wahler will meet a nice boyfriend during his time in jail, but I have a feeling he’ll never see the inside of a cell.
