Lane Garrison - Prison Break

Lane Garrison, 26, who plays David “Tweener” Apolskis on Fox’s TV drama Prison Break has been charged today with vehicular manslaughter in the death of 17 year old Vahagn Setian. He has been charged with one count each of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence causing injury to multiple victims, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Also injured in the accident were two 15 year old girls who were in the SUV when Garrison crashed into a tree in Beverly Hills.

Garrison’s defense attorney claims that Garrison doesn’t remember the accident and only had one drink that night. Was it the giant whalebone drink that’s meant for 8 people to share?? Oh, and you don’t remember the accident? Well that’s okay. I bet the poor kid you killed doesn’t remember dying. That seems like a fair trade, right? Schmuck.
