Well okay, “escapes” is too strong of a word. Britney Spears, 25, has officially, and for the first time legitimately, has “graduated” from her stint at the Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility. This comes after spending a month there following her entry back on February 22nd.

All kidding aside, I’m glad she got through it and hope it has really helped her. Now back to the kidding.

Her exit closely coincides with Kevin Federline’s upcoming 29th birthday this week. Since Federline had been visiting Spears during her stay at Promises I’m interested to see if all of this will lead to a renewed relationship between the two. Considering the likelihood of no one else besides Spears and Federline showing up at his birthday bashes (yes, bash”es” as he’s throwing himself two parties), this should provide the couple plenty of alone time to work things out. As always, that will leave the children with zero parental attention, which will undoubtedly increase their odds of survival.
