Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy report by the Broward County Medical Examiner stated a conclusion that the former Playboy Playmate had died of an accidental overdose. The overdose appears to have been from a mixture of the sleeping medication, chloral hydrate, methadone for pain as well as other medication for depression and more.
Anna Nicole Smith’s death on February 8, 2007 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Florida came just five months after the death of her son Daniel under very similar circumstances. These similarities have raised suspicions of foul play, though police have indicated they have found no evidence of foul play.
No evidence of foul play? Are you kidding?? I don’t want to say who I think did it, since he’s a lawyer and all, so I’ll just refer to my suspect as H. Stern. No, no, wait. I’ll call him Howard S. Maybe just Mr. Guilty-as-Hell would be better. I can’t decide.

Guilty as hell seems entirely appropriate.
It’s a Marilyn Monroe scenario at the very least.

The Marilyn Monroe similarity was more than I knew. I was just reading another article on it over at Yahoo news that said this: “The 39-year-old Smith had been taking large amounts of the seldom-prescribed sedative chloral hydrate, which also contributed to the 1962 overdose death of Smith’s idol Marilyn Monroe.”
That’s really sad and unfortunate.
