This July 13th the fifth story in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, will be released to theaters. In case you’ve gotten lost in the stack of books or just haven’t read them, here is the plot of this latest installment:
As his fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry approaches, 15-year-old Harry Potter is in full-blown adolescence, complete with regular outbursts of rage, a nearly debilitating crush, and the blooming of a powerful sense of rebellion. It’s been yet another infuriating and boring summer with the despicable Dursleys, this time with minimal contact from our hero’s non-Muggle friends from school. Harry is feeling especially edgy at the lack of news from the magic world, wondering when the freshly revived evil Lord Voldemort will strike. Returning to Hogwarts will be a relief–or will it?
Just a few more months to go before it’s here. Check out the recently revealed book cover for the final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

I have to openly admit, I have become a fan of this series. When the first one came out, I thought nothing of it. Then one night I was over at a friends house and they played the movie to show off his nice new big ass HP TV and I suddenly thought to myself. Wow, that was actually a decent movie. I have now seen all of them, but have not yet read any of the books. I think I should do that.

I know Walt has seen all of them and read all the books, but I’ll even admit that I have done neither. However, when I saw the trailer for this one before Spider-Man 3 I was actually rather intrigued by it. It actually looked very cool. Maybe I’ll wait until all the movies are out and then watch them all in a row (well, not in one sitting of course).
