Jail-prone Jason Wahler, 20, of MTV’s so-called “shows” Laguna Beach and The Hills was arrested, again, for throwing punches, again, and being a complete schmuck with his “I’m rich so I’m better than you” completely unearned or deserved attitude, again. This time around he was picked up in Seattle over the weekend after punching a hotel security guard and being passed out drunk in a hallway at the Waterford Marriott, according to the Seattle Police Department.

Not to fall short of his last arrest worthy actions, Wahler yelled racial and homophobic slurs at the arresting officer. Jason Wahler verbally attacked the officer, C. DePina, with shouts of “n*****”, although he is not black, and “f*****”, which, regarding the officer, I can neither confirm nor deny. Wrapping up his list of required cliches for the incident, Jason Wahler proclaimed, “I’m rich and will have your ass.” No worries Jason. I’m sure that in prison you can get all the ass you want.

Hopefully Wahler will actually end up in jail considering this is his third arrest since September! All incidents have been alcohol related. After his last incident, punching a tow truck driver for blocking his car, Jason was sentenced to serve several months in prison starting this May. I don’t think he could possibly get there soon enough or stay long enough either.
