The Bachelor, An Officer and a Gentleman: Results and Review

Normally my wife watches the Bachelor every season so I usually see most of it. This season they have found themselves a navy doctor, who is also a triathelete, named Andy. Good looking guy as usual. The difference this time is I doubt “Lt. McDreamy” as he has been dubbed by the girls isn’t exceptionally wealthy. I worry for this guy. In my experience, based on friends, coworkers, etc. military men are exceptionally bad at judging women. a little naive.

The women are the usual batch of super hot, super aggressive women. It could just be me, but this group seems even catty-er than usual. Stephanie T. has already been cast in the evil villainess for the season. Amber the teacher from Texas, will be the lady I’ll be rooting for this season if I end up watching the show. My wife who in past seasons has been a huge Bachelor fan thinks this season is stupid. And that’s a direct quote. In any case, this may not be the Bachelor’s best season. If you missed tonight or last week ABC has finally gotten with the program and you watch the episodes online.

The girls who did not receive a rose were:

Susan - no loss in my opinion
Tiffany W - Their one on one date didn’t go well so this was no big surprise
Alexis - She along with Amber was the other brunette from Texas I was rooting for, oh well.
