Survivor Headlines:
Moto and Ravu merge into Bula-Bula Tribe
Hidden Immunity Idols: Mookie and Yau-man still have them
Michelle gets voted out.
Big news this week in the Survivor recap is the tribes have finally merged! Moto received some tree mail instructing them to go to Exile Island. They were allowed to take only their personal items. Boo was less than happy about this. When Ravu received the same message, anticipating a merger, the 4-Horseman devised a plan in which each of them would concentrate on trying to gain the confidence of a particular member of the Moto tribe.

At Exile Island the tribes happily greeted each other. Then on their own, they discovered the new purple buffs and a note telling them to head to the old Moto camp as a merged tribe. It was at the Moto campsite that the best part of the show came. Everyone was very excited to be staying at the Moto camp because they’ve had it sweet all season. When the merged tribe arrived all of the Moto luxuries were gone! Cleaned out! They’re were some bitter players.
The merged tribe, renamed Bula-Bula, which means hello in Fijian, immediately set about strategizing. Mookie began working on Yau-man, Earl, and Cassandra. They planned to get rid of Boo first and then Stacey. Stacey was convinced that the guys would be going after each other, and so with Alex’s assurances felt safe. Mookie made a big mistake. He told Dreamz about the hidden immunity idol. Edguardo and Alex were both ticked with Mookie for telling him. Dreamz was also ticked at Mookie because he hadn’t told him earlier. So now he doesn’t trust Mookie anymore. Everyone was agreed on voting off Boo first but, Dreamz and Mookie want to get rid of Stacey while Alex, Edguardo, and Earl want to keep her. Then came the Immunity Challenge and everything changed.

For the challenge the newly merged tribe was split into two teams:
Orange Team: Boo, Yau-man, Earl, Cassandra, Edguardo
Green Team: Alex, Mookie, Stacey, Michelle, Dreamz
The challenge was to memorize the symbols on Fijian mask, row a boat to pick up the pieces, and then two members assemble the pieces into the symbols and put them in the correct order. The winning team gains immunity, no tribal council, and a feast. As usual Yau-man was the Man. He memorized the symbols and figured out how to free the pieces from the boat. The Orange team won hands down! With the orange team’s win, the whole plan to vote off Boo went out the window. To make it worse, the grean team headed directly to tribal council from the challenge so there was no time to strategize and come up with a new plan.
At Tribal Council, I thought Jeff’s questions were I little unfair. He kept asking each of the players for a good reason to vote out a particular player. He asked Alex about every other player at the council so it was no surprise to anyone who Alex was voting for. Although one great quote came out of it:
Jeff:”Dreamz, give me a good reason to vote out Stacey.”
Dreamz: “I’ll give you a good reason, she ain’t me.”
When Jeff tallied the votes, it was Michelle who joined the jury: 2 votes Stacey, 3 votes Michelle
