It’s another week of shows coming at you and we’re here to help. Here’s a break down by night of what you need to be sure to catch and what’s going on this week, April 16 - April 20:

Monday:
24: 9-10pm on Fox; It’s now to 11pm in “24″ land. Jack risks an international incident when he runs a secret mission with help from Chloe.

Dancing with the Stars: 8-9:30pm on ABC; This will be the fifth round and the dances will include the Samba and the Rumba.

The Bachelor9:30-11:00pm on ABC; The 12 remaining ladies will head to boot camp where the drill sergeant will give the toughest lady a rose. Then five of the ladies will head off with Andy to a mud spa. After this show there will be only 9 contestants left.

Tuesday:
American Idol: 8-9pm on Fox; Haley Scarnato went home last week and so we are left with our American Idol 2007 Season 6 Top 7. This week’s musical coach is Martina McBride, and she’ll be coaching the singers through country performances.

House: 9-10pm on Fox; A 6yr old girl collapses with a stroke. Chase and Cameron find a bloody shirt in the vent in her room. House becomes jealous of Wilson when he goes with Cuddy to the theater, but then shows it in an unexpected way.

Dancing with the Stars: 8-9pm on ABC; Catch a recap of the season so far. Or you could save yourself an hour and check out our coverage of Dancing with the Stars.

Dancing with the Stars: 9-10pm on ABC; The fifth round results are in!

Wednesday:
American Idol: 9-10pm on Fox; We’ll find out who will become this season’s #7 place and go home. [Sanjaya Malakar already!] Also, Martina McBride will be performing live.

Lost: 10-11pm on ABC; Desmond takes Hurley, Jin, and Charlie on an adventure after another one of his visions. Kate heads back to the arms of Sawyer after seeing Jack with Juliet.

Thursday:
Survivor: Fiji: 8-9pm on CBS; The castaways compete for a reward that includes a feast and overnight stay on a yacht. Another contestant will be voted off the island.

CSI: 9-10pm on CBS; Repeat this week.

The Office: 8:30-9pm on NBC; Repeat this week

30 Rock: 9-9:30pm on NBC; Liz mulls the option to leave the show and move to the midwest with her new boyfriend, Floyd. Jack may be getting married to his new girlfriend from the auction house. Tracy finances his comeback movie, Jefferson.

Friday:
The Soup: 10-10:30 on E!; This is a great show that recaps the week’s entertainment news and non-news with great commentary by Joel McHale. He’s the supervisor character from those Burger King commercials set in an office. Don’t let that discourage you though, he’s really funny.
