So what’s the contest? Simple. Place your guess on what you think the top grossing movie will earn (just guess the dollar amount) at the box office this weekend. You don’t have to pick which movie, just guess the $ amount the top movie of the upcoming weekend will earn. The person who gets closest to the top box office amount will earn a link back for the rest of the week until the next winner is determined. The winner will be selected Sunday and you’ll be up on the site for the rest of the week.

Wow, I guessed twice as much. Looks like everyone was outside enjoying the weather. Or not to many people dig British humor here in North America.

Well, I am going to guess it is going to be pretty small with Spiderman coming next weekend. Lets guess 16 times my goal.
Besides, I saw the sneak preview of NEXT on Wednesday. At the end of the movie, one guy yelled out “What a Rip!”. So that basically sums it up. Should be a slow weekend.

Good to know about Next. How does Cage keep doing such stinkers? National Treasure was awesome, but then he goes and does all that crap in between. I guess I’d do it for the money too though.

If I was Cage I would do as many of these smaller movies as I could. You never know when one will be an all time cult favorite.
But I am sure many will say NEXT to the movie Next. So this week will top out at 22Mil (if I am lucky)

Good point. You never know when one of these is a sleeper in the theaters and then goes wild on DVD even.
