“America’s Favorite Ballroom”
Tonight, the ballroom loses another couple leaving only 6 couples to compete next week. Joey and Kym, Laila and Maks, and Apolo and Julianne have nothing to worry about tonight. They all had strong performances last night that were popular with the audience and good scores from the judges. Likewise, Ian and Cheryl will have no problem returning even though they didn’t have one of the top three scores.
Billy Ray and Karina’s gamble paid off and actually got them a decent score for once (21). I think they’ll get enough votes to survive tonight’s elimination. Unfortunately Heather and Jonathon’s scores (23), while mediocre, are probably enough to keep them in another week unless the voting fans dislike her as much as I do.
Despite the fact that John and Edyta had fun with their performance last night, based on the judges score (19) and the problems with their technique I believe John and Edyta are destined for the bottom two tonight. There is just no question that John is the weakest dancer remaining in the competition.

Heather and Jonathon
John and Edyta

John and Edyta
If its any one else I’ll be shocked. I’m hoping for Heather but John just can’t cut it. (Sorry Cliffy.)
