Julianne Hough had the quote of the night in the back stage interviews. Since Len wasn’t happy with their performance last night Apolo was saying Len you’re going to get what you want and Julianne chimed in “Yeh, you’re going to get it and your going to get it hard.” Julianne can give it hard to me any time shes wants. Laila and Maksim received the judges encore. According to Len since both Laila & Maksim and Joey & Kym had 30’s they flipped a coin and it was heads so they chose Laila. I think its more likely that Len doesn’t like Joey.

This weeks filler:
Meatloaf performed Bat Out Of Hell, which is a song I love but, watching ballroom dancers dance to it was just surreal. Later he performed his new single Cry Over Me which, I also liked. I know he’s promoting his new tour but you have to wonder how many Meatloaf fans are watching a ballroom dancing show. Jerry Rice and Len did a Sportcenter-like bit with Kenny Mayne, ‘Dance Center’, with sports commentary on the competition. I liked this. I thought was very amusing. I wonder if that’s a guy thing though because my wife thought it was stupid. Jimmy Kimmel’s bit on the Cha-Cha was funny. They also had a group of children ballroom dancing.

In the past six weeks, except for John & Edyta, none of the remaining couples have ever been in the bottom two.

Billy Ray obviously has a huge fan base to be able to keep him in the competition with the scores he had. I seriously doubt that Billy Ray will make it past next week.
