Foreword: Big Brother Season 8 is now in full swing. So to avoid missing any current details you’ll want to check out the online, uncensored live feeds (14 day free trial) and see what is going on right now.
Big Brother 8 is so close I can nearly taste it. In just three weeks we’ll be greeted by Julie Chen-bot and the Big Brother house jam packed with cameras, mics, and more cameras. The eighth installment of Big Brother is all set to premiere on Thursday, July 5th as the lead in to Pirate Master (PM will then shift to its new time slot on Tuesdays starting July 10th). Following the premiere episode of Big Brother 8 we’ll start receiving three primetime installments a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
The really big change is that there will be daily shows as well with 3 hours of unfiltered, unrestricted, and uncensored Big Brother 8 entertainment. These airings will be part of the extended coverage of Big Brother 8 known as “Big Brother: After Dark”. Unfortunately these episodes come with a few hurdles. The uncut footage is going to be running from midnight to 3 AM on the east coast and (not nearly as bad) 9 PM to midnight on the west coast. Well that stinks for what many of us (me) consider to be the best coast of all! The other obstacle is actually having the channel where you can find these. Showtime’s spin off channel, ShoToo (huh? what?) will be carrying these night airings. I’ve never even heard of that channel. I can understand why they can’t show what goes on in that house uncensored, much less for 3 straight hours, on a plain network channel, but why does it have to be on some distant planet channel?
In case you can’t stay up until 3 AM or you don’t want to track down and purchase ShoToo there’s still always the option of the live feeds for a monthly fee. That seems like it’d be the easier option, but if you’re a night owl and one of the three people that subscribe to ShoToo then you’re already set.

The only way I could be more excited is if CBS announced they found a way to get Janelle Pierzina back in that house one more time. Ah well, we can always dream, right?

Yes, I do agree..the only thing that could make big brother any better this newcoming season would be if Janelle made it back on the show. She was my FAVORTIE!!

The Big Brother legal department has put an end to including prostitutes, high paid or not, in the cast of it’s show. Sadly, this means no more Janelle.

I wonder if they’ll try to work her into any side shows like they did w/ Marcellas in past seasons. As popular as she was I’d be surprised if they didn’t try to get some sort of Janelle angle going this season.
