Update: Read our recap of tonight’s episode of Age of Love.

Tonight on Age of Love we’ll continue our journey with Mark Philippoussis, 30, as he tries to discover if age really matters when it comes to love. Last week we finally got to really meet the Kittens and realized how incredibly boring and catty they were. I’m hoping for their sakes’ that it was all just creative editing on the producers part, because if it wasn’t then, “yikes!”

So far what we’ve learned from our insight into Mark’s mind is that he’s been very impressed with the Cougars’ personalities while the Kittens’ bodies are definitely giving him second thoughts on taking the “older road”. You could notice a visibly different reaction to each bikini-clad Kitten he met by the pool last week as compared to the first week when he was stunned by the age-enhanced (now that was the most PC thing I’ve ever said!) Cougars. Not that I could really blame Mark as several of the girls were initially very pleasing to the eye, but like with Tessa I got the feeling that she had more silicone than personality to offer.

Tonight Mark will have to send home another two ladies, one from the Cougars and one from the Kittens. Last week he sent home Cougar Angela and Kitten Lauren. I was certainly surprised by both as I thought there were a few more Cougars to go before dropping Angela, though I didn’t see her making it in the long run. Lauren was not given a real good shot at quality time with Mark, but I thought surely we had seen the last of Mary considering her emotional breakdown back in their suite.

I’m very curious to see how these ladies manage getting merged together as we’ll see the Cougars and the Kittens start living as one group. This will likely take away from such quality moments as the Kittens routinely bash the Cougars once they’re safely separated. So will it be more or less drama with this combo move? We’ll find out soon enough as Age of Love will be on tonight on NBC at 9pm (EST).
