After 18 years The Simpsons are finally making their way to the big screen. Creator Matt Groening has credited his lack of time for the nearly decades of delay. But that’s okay, we’ll forgive him, because we finally get our The Simpsons movie. I saw the trailer again before Transformers (eww, yuck) and am really looking forward to seeing this one. After 400+ episodes I think it’ll be nearly impossible to come up with anything too terribly new for storylines, but I’m sure they’ll have plenty of new jokes for us.

When Homer pollutes the lake with toxic waste Springfield comes under fire from the EPA, possibly even leading to its complete destruction. D’oh.
