Al Pacino is a pretty high class actor, so I’m hoping this gets edited to look a little better than it does currently. Pacino appears to take on the womanizing role of an expert witness who gets caught in the crossfire over the pending execution of someone he testified against. He gets the call that he has 88 minutes to live and has to figure things out quickly. The idea reminds me a lot of “Nick of Time” with Johnny Depp and Christopher Walken many years ago. It tried to run in real time, a la “24″, but didn’t end up being terribly great. Maybe this will work out better than I’m envisioning now, which I’d gladly welcome.
