Update: Check out our recap of tonight’s PoV episode.
Spoiler Free Zone ahead: We may know what’s going on with the live feeds, but for now we’ll keep this from ruining any broadcast surprises.
On Sunday night, Dustin nominated… Kail and Jen, again. Geez, they’re getting to be pros at this! I was somewhat surprised over this considering the general dislike for Zach and Dustin seems like one who’d want to please as many people as he could. Well there’s always the chance of the PoV shaking things up tonight, so we may still see Zach up there after all. I don’t see a lot of easy options past Zach except maybe Nick as he hasn’t really bonded with anyone that I’ve seen other than Daniele. That girl is going to be his downfall if it hasn’t already. Big Brother 10
Now as far as our current nominees, first up there is Kail who thinks she’s there as part of a pawn arrangement with Dustin. However, at the end of Sunday’s episode Dustin made it clear that he’d like Kail out this week. However, ol’ Big Brother could just be setting us up for the fake out as we’ve seen each of the past weeks shift greatly from original intent to new plans. I think Kail may have a decent chance of getting out of this, but she’s going to need a new plan instead of offering herself as a pawn each week. Jen on the other hand didn’t take her nomination so well and we saw some tears that at the very end. Not surprising at all considering how stressful that must be. If Jen is really as smart as she thinks she is then maybe she should start turning on those smarts and get out of this corner she’s wedged into now. Getting nominated two weeks in a row doesn’t demonstrate a lot of credibility for either of these players.
Tonight we’ll find out just what can be done as far as the Power of Veto goes. I doubt we’ll see Dick angling quite so hard for Kail as that emotion seems to have passed from him. I thought last week’s PoV competition was actually pretty cool and a smart game. I’m hoping we’ll start seeing some better HoH competitions though than quiz show style line ups. As the numbers start to dwindle I expect to see more of the endurance events start to appear. Those are the most entertaining to me as it takes a lot more than just guessing True or False.
Back to tonight’s show though where we’ll get to see if Eric can complete his new assignment of starting a catchphrase. I voted for the “I’d do that for a dollar” as I think it could start some silly games between the contestants over “Sweet Chicken” or “Booyakah”. How did the rest of you vote?
