I could not believe Jen got sent home last week! Granted she had the hardest time running the hot plate, but still I never would have believed that Bonnie would have outlasted Jen. Jen had an awesome run on Hell’s Kitchen this season and Chef Ramsay was right, she has nothing to be ashamed of and should hold her head high. I was really sorry to see Jen go. I have been convinced for weeks that it was going to be a Jen-Rock showdown in the end.
Have you noticed how Bonnie’s job has changed over the course of the season? When the show started she was a nanny and now she is describing herself more as a personal chef. I’m not buying it. With the loss of Jen I think Rock is a shoe in to win the restaurant in Las Vegas. Chef Ramsay has yelled at Bonnie none stop all season. The only reason she is still on is not because of how good she is, its because someone has managed to be worse than her every week. Bonnie has survived by flying under the radar all season. In a head-to-head competition Rock should come out on top, as long as he doesn’t blow it. That restaurant is Rock’s to lose.

At this point in time, I think Chef rigged it so Rock would win. Who’s more deserving? Bonnie who grew up in LA, probably didn’t have any worries growing up, and now gets paid ridiculous amounts of money to be a personal chef, or Rock who worked his ass off his whole life to become an executive chef in Virginia? Clearly, Rock is going to win, and he damn well deserves it.

I’m thinking things are definitely lining up for Rock to win as well. I don’t see how Bonnie could be (or why she would be) picked over Rock.

There’s actually just one more show to go before the final result is shown. We’ll have that recap up right after the show Monday night. But if I had to guess I’d say Rock wins this season.
