Get ready for Big Brother 10 with BB10 application and casting call details.
Settle in for what’s likely to be a fierce and lengthy night in the Big Brother house as we’ve got a lot going on in tonight’s episode. The action will be part live and part pre-recorded. The Power of Veto Competition has actually already happened, but the results of that event will play out live as we’ll get the winner’s decision and subsequent solitary vote. Can you believe it’s come down to just one vote being cast? Craziness. After the live eviction the houseguests are going to tear it up in the first round of the final HoH competition with an endurance test. This could go on for quite awhile I’ll keep updating this page as I watch the live feeds, so keep refreshing to see more.
The show launches right into Dick and Daniele’s behavior following Zach’s nominations. While Zach’s speech was a little silly it’s more annoying to listen to the Donatos rant and rave. Daniele is pissed off that Zach went back on their deal. Considering Daniele didn’t go back on her deal w/ Eric and Jessica that’s a legitimate argument. Oh wait, nevermind. Daniele’s been rocking the whole “it’s okay as long as I’m doing it” attitude. Dick digs into Zach telling him that he won’t even earn one vote from the jury house. Now I don’t believe that at all, but it makes for fun BB8 banter between the two.
After a month of nothing from the sequester house we finally get some insight to what the jury has been up to. Dustin settled in quickly to the Tuscan style home with lots of time by the pool. Not far behind is Jen, followed by Amber. When Jessica arrives Amber expresses her pleasure as she blames her for her eviction. Then just as their breaking open the champagne Eric sneaks in the backdoor. It looked like Jessica was the least surprised, so maybe that scene was staged. The five evictees gather around to watch the events from the double eviction while Dustin comments that no one in the sequester house will be happy to see Dick or Daniele in the final two. If that’s true for everyone then this game could really go to the person that manages to knock out one of the Donatos this week.
PoV Competition
Tonight’s competition is “Big Brother Decoder”. The players will have to match up hints to evicted members of the house to get a number. Once they have all the correct faces in place it will reveal the hidden number: how many seconds they’ve been in the house so far. Daniele had a plan from the start while Zach admitted he had no clue what he was doing. Jameka says she was more focused on accuracy rather than time. I’d say that’s not a good thing here in a race. In the end, once again, Daniele pulled out the win to secure the Power of Veto while screeching her head off to which Jameka responds, “I’m going home.” Yep, I’d say so.
PoV Ceremony
Daniele, as the Power of Veto winner, has wisely decided to use the power and remove Dick from the block. Not that it matters a whole lot as Dick will now be the only voter in lieu of Daniele. Considering those two always vote the same that was a safe move. It’d still be hilarious to see her get evicted in true Marcellas style.

Live Eviction
Dick casts the sole vote to evict Jameka while saying, “this was not a hard decision”. This was a no brainer as the alternative would have been to evict his daughter. Jameka saw this coming for a few days now and had made her peace with the situation, so no blows up here. Jameka will now join the rest of the jury at the unseen sequester house. I’m really sorry we haven’t gotten to witness those moments as they’re usually fun to see what kind of place they have and who is/isn’t getting along. Ah well.
Final HoH Competition - Round 1 w/ Live Updates
The final HoH Competition is about to begin. As noted before I’ll keep the updates rolling during the live feeds of the endurance round. You can either join in and watch online
or just keep refreshing to see what’s going on.
Times listed are in EST vs. BBT (Big Brother Time)
9:55 - The final three head out to the back yard. Zach has his gloves ready to go while Dick has his cigarette. Hilarious. This competition sounds tough!! Okay, here are the details: Each player stands on a “carrot” stand and holds onto a key above their head while a “bunny” which is really a big metal bar spins around the yard. The players then have to jump over the rabbit/bar as it comes around to their station. If the player lets go of their key, falls off their carrot, or stops the bar from proceeding they are eliminated. Julie adds that the rabbit is ready to go all night, but are these three??
10:00 - Julie checks in before signing off and everyone says they are doing well. The first “twist” of the round is rain. Lots and lots of rain is pouring down on these three as Daniele starts to shiver and groan. Dick already looks tired and Daniele is making little “uhh” sounds everytime she has to jump over the bar. Zach doesn’t seem to phased by it just yet.
10:05 - Waiting on CBS to make the transition to live feeds following the broadcast. Last endurance competition they were much quicker here…
10:15 - Still here. Still waiting on CBS….
10:30 - Okay!! Feeds are back up!! Let’s keep going here. All three players are still on their carrots.
10:35 - The cameras aren’t showing Dick, but you can hear his feet squishing when he jumps off camera (it was raining earlier on them).
10:40 - No one is talking, just jumping. Daniele is back to making her jump-whimpers.
10:50 - BB is pumping in a heavy fog to the backyard. All players are still up. Dick is occasionally warning Daniele when the bunny is about to come her way. That’s it for talking though.
11:00 - Daniele, Dick, and Zach are still on their carrot stumps. The rain/mist has been pouring in on the occasionally but no one is budging from their perch just yet. Daniele looks the most miserable from the cold. I bet she’s wishing she had had that Cheezburger after all.
11:10 - All 3 remain on the stumps. Things look about the same as far as everyone’s condition and the speed of the bunny. I fully expected the bunny to speed up a lot sooner, but maybe they have no intention of using that except as a last resort. Here’s a view of them in their current state:
11:20 - Everyone is still in the game. Daniele appears to be doing a little better. Dick is a touch hunched over as he waits for the rabbit’s return. Zach is just staring at this carrot stump, waiting and jumping. Intense folks. Intense! It actually does make me nervous because you can hear how slippery their stumps are. Someone is going to slip and hurt themselves and that’s why I keep watching!
11:25 - Daniele is shivering a lot and has her fist pressed against her mouth. Dick is calling out encouragements to her, telling her she looks great. Zach remains silent, but is he deadly??

11:35 - Daniele is crying and shuddering up on the stump. I’m now expecting her to be the first to go as BB keeps the rain/mist coming down heavy. That must be so unpleasant. All players are still in the game.
11:40 - “Will and determination,” says Dick. Daniele is crying and says, “it’s so cold.” Seriously, she’s really, really crying right now and doing it quite loudly.
11:45 - All three are still in the game. Only Zach and Daniele are wearing gloves. That was smart. We’ll see if Dick comes to regret that lack of foresight. The feeds have jumped back to trivia for the moment. Last Endurance competition, when that happened BB was making them an offer to help their game play. I’m interested to see if that’s the case. I’ll let you know. Nope, nevermind. They came right back after a moment. Just in time for us to catch Dick burping. Nice. Thanks BB.
11:55 - All three are still in the game. The rain is back and so are Daniele’s whimpers. Dick yells for her to watch her back foot as she’s nearing the edge. She doesn’t fall though.
12:00 - Alright, here we go with some action! Dick has decided to launch his emotional attack on Zach! He starts yelling about the girl Zach is “obsessed with so much she had to file a restraining order” and before you can say “Dick” the feeds cut to Trivia so BB can tell Dick to stop saying slanderous things about Zach. The feeds come back and so do Dick’s attacks, prompting more Trivia.
12:05 - Dick continues with the verbal attacks of “Panty Munchers Unite!” Apparently Zach must have said this earlier in the season. Dick is going on and on yelling at him. Lots of “MF” comments at him. He also calls him out on alleged racist comments. Zach doesn’t acknowledge him. When Dick starts calling the girl’s name, which sounds like “Sweets” but that can’t be it, the feeds jump to Trivia as you can’t discuss people outside the house like that.
12:15 - Everyone is still in the game. Dick keeps yelling “panty munch” things at Zach. He’s also getting on him about his teeth. Pretty much anything he can think of he is yelling at Zach including, “Speak!” Zach isn’t giving him anything back though. I don’t know how he’s taking it as it’s really, really annoying. “You’re going to have a long night MF’er,” says Dick. Then he starts howling. This is either going to work really well and get Zach’s goat, or Dick will be so distracted he’s going to trip on the bunny bar.
12:25 - Dick keeps on yelling while everyone else just focusing on jumping the bunny bar. Dick is begging Zach to give him something back, some sort of response. Zach keeps quiet. Well the good thing from all of this will be that Dick will have lost his voice come tomorrow. I can’t believe he literally hasn’t stopped yelling for the past half hour.
12:35 - Everyone is still in the game and Dick is still yelling at Zach. Getting rather tiresome and it’s not even directed at me. Wow. Dick is brutal and promises to keep going all night. The rain/mist is coming down heavy and Daniele is back to shivering and whimpering, but isn’t crying as loudly as she was before. The cameras zoomed in on her bent knee as it looked like she was keeping her weight off one leg. She seems to be jumping fine though. I’ll keep an eye on it.
12:40 - Daniele seems to be really, really close to the edge (not literally) and if BB keeps the rain coming down much longer I think she’ll break.
12:41 - Daniele is out! Daniele is down and crying on the ground!

12:50 - Daniele is still off to the sides crying but Dick is more interested in his continued harassment of Zach. Finally Dick gets a response. I said it before and I still contend, if Heath Ledger doesn’t work out as The Joker they should get Zach. Zach starts laughing maniacally at Dick. Zach says, “it’s great” when Dick asks what he thinks of the things he’s saying. Apparently the departure of Daniele has lightened Zach’s mood. It also seems that BB has stopped the bunny bar.
12:55 - The competition continues with just Zach and Dick. The bar is still stopped, but the rain continues to pour. I think they should just make that bar fly around wickedly fast and the first one to get his shins broken loses. Eh? Daniele is inside in the shower. Wish you had those live feeds, now huh?
12:56 - BB just came over the speakers and told Zach and Dick they are trying to “work out some problems” but that the competition is still going right now. The feeds jump to the water worm hole this time instead of Trivia.
1:05 - The feeds come back and show Daniele sitting on the sidelines, wrapped in a blanket. Dick is still yelling at Zach, but now its about his faith. BB comes on to ask Daniele to go do something and the feeds cut again. So at this point it’s just Dick and Zach with no rain/mist and no bunny bar. Ugh. I think we’re going to be up all night!
1:15 - Just BB water worm hole right now. As soon as we’re back I’ll update again. While we’re waiting check out some other entertainment posts!
1:30 - Okay, okay. We’re back. It’s still just Zach and Dick stand holding their keys. Dick announces he’s about to take a piss because he really needs to go. Dick is going to wait for the water/mist but decides he has to go right now. BB obliges and immediately starts the rain when he says that. Hah. Daniele apologizes for having broken the game. I guess she hit the bar hard when she fell off the carrot stump.
1:35 - Dick starts yelling “keep the water coming all F’ing night.” Zach chimes in with his own yell of “I need more tattoos to make myself look mean.” He goes on to mock Dick’s “girl tattoos”, especially his Spider-Woman tattoo on his back. BB voiceover comes back and we get wormhole again.
1:50 - I’m still here with ya, just waiting on the feeds to return from water worm hole…

2:00 - Still the worm hole treatment from CBS. I imagine they’re trying to get the bunny bar working again as there isn’t much of a challenge left unless someone develops a cramp in their raised arm or falls asleep…
2:05 - We’re back. It’s still Zach and Dick but now they’re running in place. I don’t think it’s required, just something to keep their bodies warm. Dick stops but Zach keeps going a for a little while longer. The rain appears to be in constant flow mode. This has gotta suck.
2:20 - Zach and Dick are doing more running in place as the rain comes and goes. Daniele is providing Dick with encouragement.
2:30 - These two guys are still going at it. I’m disappointed BB didn’t have any backup challenges for them at this point. If Daniele’s 80lbs frame was enough to break the bunny bar just think what would have happened if Zach had tripped on it! Daniele keeps telling her dad he is doing well.
2:40 - Daniele seems to have grown bored with watching the standing competition and heads inside. I imagine she’ll back back soon. Dick looks rather beat up, but heck he always looks that way. Zach is still moving on his stump stand. I think youthful endurance will provide the edge on this round, but we’ll see.
2:50 - The water gets turned back on and they both start hopping around to keep warm. Dick looks like he’s trying to do some kind of Irish jig! My question is, which one of these guys is going to fall asleep first?? Dick adds, “I’m too old for this s**t, man.” Yeah, he looks to be hurting.
2:55 - More of the same, sorry. Just running in place and no one is saying a thing. They’ve now been up there for about 5 hours and must be exhausted.
3:05 - Both Dick and Zach are still in the game. Daniele is patiently waiting on the sideline. The players are not allowed to switch hands on the key anymore. Dick is hanging in there pretty well, all things considered.
3:10 - Hah! Dick just asked, “where’s Julie Chen now?” Daniele shouted back, “probably in bed.” Yeah, that’d be nice. Thanks for breaking the bunny bar Daniele. I might be in bed now if you hadn’t done that!
3:20 - Same ol, same ol with the pitter patter of wet feet on the carrot stumps as they dance around in place. Dick continues to get more hunched over as time passes. Zach looks like he just started. Dick seems pretty determined though so it may take some technicality to disqualify someone here.
3:25 - Dick is now doing high-step running. Not smart on a small, slippery pillar. Next he starts jumping. Daniele yells, “careful!”
3:30 - How Dick hasn’t fallen off yet is beyond me. He started up again with high-knee running and immediately went into bouncing/jumping while Daniele kept repeating, “careful.” I think Zach has this one as long as he doesn’t do any slipping himself.
3:40 - Daniele keeps encouraging Dick, but he is looking really rough. He thanks BB for the mercy of stopping the water. I wonder if they’ll start it up again now. He also congratulates Zach and adds, “honestly, this ain’t easy man.” Seems like the fire has disappeared from his belly.
3:45 - BB starts the rain up again. Zach looks good. Dick doesn’t. Geez, how much longer can this really go on? It’s been just shy of six hours now.

3:55 - Six hour mark. Dick barely looks alive as he hangs in place, using the key to provide a little support. Zach is lightly jogging in place. What Zach needs is for Daniele, Dick’s watchdog, to fall asleep so Dick can also do something dumb like fall asleep. Otherwise this may continue to drag.
4:00 - Daniele heads in to make some food. Dick is visibly shaking as you can see his key twitching all over the place. Not too much has changed with Zach, he’s still looking cool and collected.
4:05 - Daniele returns and asks Dick if he’s okay. He replies, “yeah.” I’m not convinced. Zach remains the man of steel over there in the corner. I’m glad I’m not up against that guy for this. He’s tough.
4:10 - A UFO flew down and offered Dick a ride, but he said he wanted to keep playing, so he stayed. Zach and Dick continue to Jazzercise in place under the rain. Ugh.
4:15 - Dick looked ready to collapse there for a moment but stood back up and proclaimed, “F me.”
4:20 - Dick is dancing really, really close to the edge of his stump. The camera keeps zooming in on his feet and his shifting grip on the key. He needs to be careful if he doesn’t want to flub this after 6.5 hours.
4:25 - Six and a half hour mark. Steady state here with not much changing. Well except Dick has some new dance moves. Very hip. Dick just promised a “kick in the nuts to all you [BB workers]” for turning the water back on them. And of course we then get the watery worm hole. I don’t think it was a result of his threat though. BB may be ready to start making deals. We’ll see when it comes back.
4:30 - Feeds are back. Nothing special seems to have happened. Business as usual for this pair.
4:40 - Daniele starts up with the verbal confirmations for Dick. He’s really hurting. BB starts the water back up prompting another “F you” from Dick. Classy.
4:50 - Things are pretty stagnate in the competition and my energy is running low. Not sure how much longer I’ll keep covering, but I’ll let you know before I drop off.
5:00 - 7 hour mark. Daniele is back out giving Dick a lot of encouragement. He needs it. Not much has changed with Zach.
5:27 - Dick drops his key, making Zach the winner of Round 1 of the Final HoH Competition. Dick and Daniele will now face off in the second round to see who competes with Zach live on Thursday night. Big thanks to reader Kacee for the updates after I crashed.

Right now it really doesn’t get much more exciting then: “the bunny came around, Zach jumped. The bunny came around, Daniele jumped.” So I’ll keep the updates going at every 10mins to confirm nothing big has happened, but as soon as someone falls, etc. you’ll get an immediate update.

The hat is protecting his eyes from the water coming from above his head. This causes temporary loss of vision. Dick and Daniel do not have anything protecting their eyes from all the water.

I heard similar speculation over her being under the required age. I’m thinking BB knew all about it but was willing to bend their own rules to accommodate the situation. Whether I like the Donatos or not, I think that’d be a stinky way to get disqualified after the fact.

Rule #6 of the application clearly states that all applicant’s must be 21 years old in order “to apply” for the show. BB made Jessica wait to apply until after her 21st B-day. Either Danielle lied to BB or they didn’t catch the rules violation. Thoughts?

I think it’s a valid argument, but may come back to the idea that all of the houseguests had the choice on what to bring/wear outside with them. Just like Dani & Zach have gloves, but Dick chose not to go with them. Might just turn out to be a lucky break for Zach.

Agreed, but after watching how Nakomis and Cowboy betrayed each other in S6 I think most were surprised by how tight D&D’s bond turned out to be. I’ll admit though, there is a big diff between Father & Daughter vs. Step-siblings that didn’t know the other existed.

Zach should win by forfeit then at this point based on what I’ve heard. If Danielle violated those rules, then she should be ineligible. If Dick did admit to cheating (as I’ve read elsewhere), then he should be disqualified. They should’ve gotten rid of him as soon as he did. The UK version of this removed someone in the middle of the night for uttering a casually inoffensive use of a slur which was still against the rules no matter how minor. These guys should hold up to the same standard.

Did anyone else catch Julie’s comment to Jen when she was voted out about how Dick dumped the drink over her head? According to the rules, if you assault (definition of assault is vague at best) another player in any way it is grounds for immediate disqualification. I’m no lawyer, but I’m not sure how Danielle and Dick are still on the show.

Hopefully, you have seen the feeds when Zach was saying he wished Dick would die. These people in the house are all nasty when it comes down to winning the money. The show edits Dick to be the worst and Zack to be a nice guy. Believe me Zack has his moments.

dick and daniele have played the best game of anyone this season…therefore they deserve to win. zach even said himself that he hasn’t tried in past competitions…the game isn’t about last minute surges…it’s about consistancy.

The word “grounds” is a stipulation that gives BB the right to decide if they want to eliminate someone. We do not know if BB talked with Jen or anything else for that matter. The entire game is not shown on the live feeds-especially the DR

My main issue with Dick and Danielle’s game is that they seem to forget that if they get separated and only one of them make it to the final two … I have one word … JURY. I know everyone thinks Zach is strange, but the jury appears to hate Dick and Danielle. Should be interesting finale.

Danielle was also drinking in the house before her 21st birthday and that is illegal. She is just using her father to get ahead in the game and he is an idiot for continually supporting her - apparently he thinks their relationship will change after they get out of the house - I can’t understand why he would think such a thing - doesn’t he see how self absorbed and selfish she is now? However, the houseguests have no one to blame but themselves - they should have gotten at least one of them out earlier.

I am not sure how Dick has made it through the season. His outburst have been innapropriate and personal. I thought when he burned Jen with the cigarette it should have been grounds for dismissal from the show. Big Brothers lax attitude toward rule violaters has made this a raunchy season.

We have to rem this is a game, and reality tv, D&D made for great TV this season. If Dick was truely violent, CBS would have never let him remain, most of this is for show, and he knows how to play the game. Finally someone on the show smart enough to out smart everyone else. It’s entirely possible that they are going to play this whole thing out and see who wins first before making any decrees, just solely for the ratings. I suppose it’s possible that if D & D are the final two, they wait until the final show, eliminate the 2 of them and have a surprise vote between the last 2 to leave, which would be zach & jameka if it plays out that way.

This part of the competition favors zach so he has to win it to have a shot. Dick is not the physical/endurance type and if they raise the bar, that goes against the shorter Dani. Whatever is next may be more cerebral and may actually favor D or D. Since the 3rd will probably be a mix of the 2, I don’t really see zach winning and will probably be sent to the jury house. But hey ya never know.

As mentioned in the earlier thread, legally the show is only allowed to accept applications from people 21 years old or older. There were 2 other candidates in California who are now 21, but were not before the show started and they were exluded and told it was because of their age.

BB8 contact Dani about being on the show, she did not contact them. From what I understand they knew about her and her dad one way or another and the wanted to put them on the show. The rules state that you must be 21 years or older to be on BB. She was only 20 when she entered the house, turning 21 weeks later. That is a violation that BB was well aware of. She did get under the wire, but BB has let the Donatos get away with a ton more than any other player EVER. I want Zach to win because Dick and Dani are disgusting and it would be so wrong for that kind of behavior to be rewarded.

D & D are a perfect pair for the house to win just like in the UK version, a set of twins made it all the way to the end. It’s easier to trust a family member than some random stranger. When it’s all over they will in all likelihood go back to the way they were. That’s not to say that maybe, just maybe, their relationship gets better. It appears that the bunny is no longer working. Dick and Zach holding onto their keys and not taunting each other. Also, bb had a rule changed during the stall/repair of the bunny. Dick and Zach were allowed to choosed one hand only for the remainer of the game. Dick’s right arm was “kiling” him, so he changed hands at that point.
