With the return of the fall season comes our Don’t Miss TV guide as well following its summer vacation. Lots of new shows to take in but we’ll likely know quickly which ones are worth following and which ones will get dumped by the networks. While everyone here at Wild Bluff Media tries to watch as much as possible we don’t see them all, so share your opinions on what’s good and what’s not. At this point it looks like NBC is the only one offering something interesting with its new shows (Ahem, CBS, I’m looking at you with your vampire cop show, Moonlight. Ugh.). Take a look and see what shows you don’t want to miss this week with our WBM TV guide.

Monday:
Dancing with the Stars: 8-9:30pm on ABC; The fifth season premiere features six female contestants: Melanie Brown, Sabrina Bryan, Jennie Garth, Josie Maran, Marie Osmond, Jane Seymour.

Heroes: 9-10pm on NBC; Season 2 opener reveals the fates of Nathan, Peter, and Matt after the cliff-hanger face-off with Sylar. A new threat presents itself to those on the list. Hiro meets his idol in feudal Japan.

The Bachelor: 9:30-11pm on ABC; Bachelor No. 11, a 34 year old businessman, Brad Womack, begins his quest for a wife as he meets the 25 candidates. 10 will be eliminated tonight, leaving 15 to go. Get ready as the ladies try everything, including contortion tricks and even a very revealing jump in the pool.

Journeyman: 10-11pm on NBC; Series debut with San Francisco journalist Dan Vasser mysteriously travels to the past and alters the paths of people’s lives. Quantum Leap??

Tuesday:
Dancing with the Stars: 8-9:30pm on ABC; The first night of dancing for the six male contestants with: Helio Castroneves, Mark Cuban, Cameron Mathison, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Wayne Newton, and Albert Reed.

Bionic Woman: 9-10pm on NBC; Debut of this re-creation of the 70’s series. The first episode focuses on Sommers adjusting to her bionic implants which are installed without her consent following a nearly fatal car accident. The original bionic woman re-emerges and pursues an attack on Sommers.

Kitchen Nightmares: 9-10pm on FOX; Ramsay visits Dillons, an Indian restaurant in New York City.

Thursday:
Survivor China: 8-9pm on CBS; The castaways wrestle in the mud as part of a challenge. Jean-Robert intentionally acts lazy as part of a risky strategy to get ahead in the game. Another castaway is voted out of China.

CSI: 9-10pm on CBS; Eighth season premiere as Grissom and crew search for Sara who was kidnapped by the miniature killer and left to die in the desert.

The Office: 9-10pm on NBC; Fourth season premiere as Michael believes the office might be cursed in the wake of a freak accident. Following an assessment of each employee’s religion he organizes a 5K charity run. Two office romances are dealt with as well.

Friday:
The Soup: 10-10:30 on E!; This is a great show that recaps the week’s entertainment news and non-news with great commentary by Joel McHale. He’s the supervisor character from those Burger King commercials set in an office. Don’t let that discourage you though, he’s really funny.

Check back here on Friday for my Weekend Movie Preview Lineup to see what your options will be.

Okay, that’s my set of Don’t Miss Shows for this week, September 24 - 28, 2007.
