Tonight we lose this season’s second couple. At the end of last night’s performance show there were at least two couples who should be safe no matter what, Sabrina & Mark and Helio & Julianne. These two couple’s were in a different league from the rest of the dancer’s last night. So it was no surprise when Helio & Julianne received this weeks Judge’s Encore. Here is a another look at the standings based on the judges score:

The big news tonight was about Jane Seymour. After the show last night, Jane Seymour found out that her mother had passed away back in England. Jane obviously missed the show this evening but, she is safe and will be back dancing next week. I was surprised when I heard this. I thought that Jane would drop out. Good for her! She intends to dance the rest of the season as a tribute to her mother who was a big fan of the British version of the show. Now my guess is that Jane will probably not have a great performance next week so hopefully the fans will help her out.

I can’t believe Mark & Kym did not end up in the bottom two. I’m shocked. I would have bet money that they would have been the couple going home tonight. They did not do very well and Mark doesn’t really have a fan base. Good for them but, Mark had better pick it up otherwise he’ll be there next week. Jennie spent the whole night looking like someone had just drowned her cat. I’m sure she was expecting to be going home tonight after she and Derek wiped out last night during their performance.

Bottom 2:
Wayne & Cheryl
Albert & Anna

The fact that Wayne & Cheryl are in the bottom two was certainly no surprise. They score the lowest score by far. Since I was shocked that it wasn’t Mark & Kym in the bottom 2, I guess that I was surprised that Albert & Anna were in the bottom two. Len was definitely surprised. He thought that Albert was just starting to come into his own.

Going Home This Week: Albert & Anna

Now that floored me. Obviously Wayne has an enormous fan base. During one of the interviews Karina said she thought he was one of the biggest stars ever to be on DWTS. If Wayne didn’t go home with that score it is going to be next to impossible to beat him until very late in the season. Wayne could be another Jerry Springer that way. The fact that Albert & Anna lost means that Albert has almost no fan base at all. Even Mark Cuban managed to get significantly more audience votes than Albert did. Well, this is going to be a very interesting season.
