30 Rock fans, it’s time to rejoice. Season 2 of 30 Rock will launch tomorrow night following a great summer for the series as it pulled some impressive Emmy wins. To top it all off Jerry Seinfeld will be joining the cast, just for one night though, so enjoy it while it lasts. The whole premise of his return sounds very funny and right in line with the comedy style delivered all last season:

The cast returns from the summer break and Liz gets right back into her fights with Jack. Jenna sees her waistline widen after starring in the play, “Mystic Pizza: The Musical!”. Seinfeld appears as himself in a bid to block Jack’s plans to insert clips from episodes of Seinfeld in low rating shows to boost audience numbers.

This premiere tacked onto the front of an hour long The Office is going to make for a great Thursday night. Here’s a promo video for the upcoming episode:
