Fame and fortune doesn’t seem to offer the same protection as it once did. Oh who am I kidding? 4 days turns into 40 minutes in LA, which apparently stands for CandyLand. Here are a couple more Hollywood stars who are facing jail time, which will likely get turned into required attendance at a petting zoo.

Kiefer Sutherland plead guilty to a misdemeanor following his DUI bust back in September. His sentencing won’t be up until late December, but he’s already reached a plea agreement. Sutherland will serve 48 days in jail, 30 of those for the DUI charge and another 18 for probation violation. Thankfully for 24 fans he’ll be able to serve his time during the winter hiatus. Michelle Rodriguez didn’t get off so easy. She was sentenced to six months in jail for her violation probation in relation to her DUI arrest. This idiot admitted to consuming alcohol on several occasions while wearing an alcohol monitoring device. Who wants to bet she tried putting a napkin between the device and her skin? Not only that, but she was caught on fraudulent claims of completing community service in California while being in New York at the same time. Brilliant! Dumbass. Considering Rodriguez only spent 4 hours and 20 minutes in jail back in 2006 for a 4 month sentence she’ll likely just get driven over to McDonald’s where they’ll tell her to pick if she wants a cheeseburger or McNuggets with her happy meal as a reward for being so famous.
