Brad is down to only 9 bachelorettes after sending Lindsey, Sarah, and Solisa home last week. I’m still not sure that the fact that they couldn’t tell him and his twin brother apart really proves anything but then hey I’m not the bachelor am I? Tonight Brad has to eliminate X more girls at the rose ceremony, and one girl will head home after the two on one date.
One on One Date: Helicopter Ride Jenni
The helicopter landed in the backyard. Brad hoped out and picked Jenni up for their date. The helicopter landed on the roof of a building downtown where their was a table set with dinner and cocktails for the two of them. The two of them seemed to have a really nice time together. She kept saying how much she wanted to be with him and how she is always thinking of him and their kiss together. Brad was eating it up. Right now, I would say Jenni is a strong candidate to win this season. At the end of the date they were sitting on a sofa on the roof with a blanket and she was wearing his jacket. He gave her the rose as if their was any question. Of course they kissed again.
Several of the girls are very jealous of Jenni. They only think that she and Brad have a sexual connection though. I’m not sure I agree with the girls but I’m not quite as catty as they are. While they were on their date the rest of the girls sat around together wondering what Brad and Jenni were doing at least until their conversation broke down and the girls starting tearing into each other. Especially, Jade and DeAnna. These two girls hate each other. It went from a bitch session to a session of bitches in a matter of seconds.
Group Date 2: The Improv Sheena, McCarten, Hillary, Bettina, Kristy, & Stephy
Brad took the girls to the Comedy Sports LA. They were given a brief lesson in improv comedy from the staff and then the girls got to perform for Brad. Brad wants a girl who likes to fun and he thought this would be a great way to find out about the girls in this area. All of the girls seemed to really get into it except one, Kristy. She doesn’t like to be put on the spot and forced to perform. It made her feel really uncomfortable. Basically she came across as a real stick in the mud. She is exactly the kind of girl Brad was trying to weed out. I’m sure all of the girls felt a little foolish but come on Kristy if you won’t do this to get Brad, how bad do you really want to be with him. Kristy actually started to cry, and instead of getting weeded out she was rewarded with a little extra attention from Brad. On the other hand, Hillary really got into it. She was loving it. Brad gave the rose to Bettina. She jumped in and did it even though she was usually more reserved than the other girls. I was glad he didn’t give it to Kristy but I could understand why Hillary was really disappointed that she didn’t get it. Brad even said she stole the show.
Two on One Date: Jade & DeAnna
Jade and DeAnna are went on a date together with Brad tonight. One of them got a rose and one of them went home. These two can’t stand each other. When they were riding to meet brad in the limo you have seen their body language. They were as close to sitting back to back as you can on the same seat. I wonder how much about their relationship Brad knows. I bet the producers were the ones to select these two for the two on one date. This date was like a debate. Brad would ask a question and then the girls would sort of take turns answering the questions. They kept trying to one up each other with their answers. As they kept talking over each other, Brad looked like he was watching a tennis match as his head snapped back and forth looking from one to the other.
Brad gave the rose to DeAnna. He had to do it right in front of Jade too. Even though I really didn’t care for Jade, I felt bad for her. The other girls were shocked when they saw Jade’s suitcases being taken out of the house.
While these two were on their date with Brad, the other girls were chatting as usual. Bettina spilled the beans that she had been married before. I couldn’t believe how fast the other girl’s heads popped up with a look of shock on their faces. Later Hillary compared her to a used car behind. I want to like Hillary but man can she be mean.
Pre-Ceremony Cocktail Party
This was the weirdest cocktail party yet. All of the girls were very subdued and on edge. For the first time this season, at the end of the party Brad claimed to have no idea what he was going to do yet. Kristy thought their was a good chance that she was going home tonight. She tried to explain to Brad. He told her he thought she might be a little too refined for him, meaning she might be right. Sheena told Brad that what she was feeling was real which Brad loved.
Brad tells the girls that his first kiss was with Jenni. Their reaction of course was to call her a slut and a liar behind her back. Real nice. Bettina in particular was nasty about it. The girls ran straight off to get all of the details from Jenni. Poor Jenni they put her on the spot. Bettina just thinks that Jenni is treating this like a cheerleading competition. I disagree with Bettina. I think that her jealousy is blinding her. Jenni has better chemistry with Brad than she does. I actually think brad and Jenni would make a good couple (let the flaming comments begin). Brad snuck off to steal a few more kisses with Jenni. McCarten was in tears and was tempted to just give up because she really likes Brad.
Rose Ceremony:

Roses:
1. Jenni (One on One Date)
2. Bettina (Group Date)
3. DeAnna (Two on One Date)
4. Kristy
5. Sheena
6. Hillary
The girls who did not receive a rose
- Jade
- McCarten
- Stephy
I can’t believe he kept Kristy. He should have sent her packing and kept McCarten instead. McCarten was pretty catty behind the other girls backs but she seemed to have stronger feelings for Brad than Kristy does and she is certainly more fun. Stephy was kind of a non-entity in tonight’s show. I felt like we barely saw her. If she really made that small of an impression on Brad its no wonder she was going home.
Next Week:
Bettina tells Brad she loves him but does he feel the same way? There’ a pool party at Brad’s house and everyone is having fun. Everyone except Kristy that is (see he should have sent her home) Then the most romantic one on one date ever until Sheena falls down the stairs. Then what has been described as the most emotional moment bachelor history Hillary leaves the show. This one sounds like a winner be sure not to miss it and check back here afterwards!
