Well here’s a huge surprise. The Associated Press is reporting that Britney Spears just lost all visitation rights for her kids:
The troubled pop star may not see 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James — who are in the custody of Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline — until she complies with a court order, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled.
The order, dated Wednesday, does not spell out what directives Spears defied. A hearing in the matter was scheduled for Oct. 26.
Now I’m not a lawyer (or am I?), but at this point I believe Spears may have less legal rights to calling those two munchkins her kids than you or I do. Wanna see the court order? E! Online has it here in pdf.
Update: Daily Mail is reporting the court’s decision came after Spears missed her required drug testing appointment. Now that’s a shocker.
