Its Latin Night! ¡Ay, caramba! The sexiest night of the year. The couples performed either the Samba or the Rumba tonight. If you didn’t see it there were definitely a few performances it was worth trying to find on YouTube (watch below).

Marie Osmond & Jonathon Roberts
Dance: Samba
Their performance was like Marie osmond, nice. I expected something a little hotter with a little more energy and what I got was something nice. As Len would put it I wanted to see a little more raunch. Before Len even finished giving the first set of comments, Marie fainted. Yikes. Marie was Ok. After the commercial was back and on waiting for her scores.

Jane Seymour & Tony Dovolani
Dance: Rumba
Jane went from elegant to sensual this week. Once again it was a beautiful performance by Jane and Tony. jane loked fantastic in that red dress. Bruno thought Jane looked steamy and sexy. He actually compared her to Edyta. Carrie Ann liked it but had to make a comment about her turns. Len loved the romance and classiness of the routine.
Carrie Ann Inaba: 8 (Boo. I think Carrie Ann actually has it in for Jane).

Mark Cuban & Kym Johnson
Dance: Samba
Mark wanted to have fun with tonight’s performance. I think he pulled it off. He and Kym danced to the I Dream of Genie theme with Kym dressed up as genie and Mark as a nerd. It actually was fun to watch and in my opinion Mark put in a really good performance. He might even be winning me over a little bit. Carrie Ann liked it she thought it was entertaining, and included alot of basic moves but his technique was still a bit weak. Len said basically the same thing. Bruno thought it was the most entertaining dance to date but the technique wasn’t there and it never would be! Ouch.

Sabrina Bryan & Mark Ballas
Dance: Rumba
Once again an amazing performance by this couple. Jane and Tony may have been steamy and sexy, but they were G-Rated compared to this pair. Len liked it but he thought their were few over the top moves. Bruno didn’t like Len’s comment. He loved it. Carrie Ann liked the fact that they brought something new but had to comment on the fact that Sabrina was hitting her turns a too hard. I’m not sure what that means but I guess that’s why Carrie Ann didn’t give them another 10.

Jennie Garth & Derek Hough
Dance: Samba
That was a good performance I could tell it wasn’t going to get them a 30 but you can tell Jennie has come a long way in the past couple of weeks. Bruno called it the How-To Samba Samba but thought the entertainment value wasn’t as high as it could have been. Carrie Ann liked and gave Jennie credit for coming out of her shell but saw them slip a few times. Len thought it was far better than Bruno and Carrie Ann.

Helio Castroneves & Julianne Hough
Dance: Rumba
Julianne looked awesome as always but Helio can’t act. I wasn’t really buying it from him. He kind of over did it. Not his fault, I mean come on, he’s a race car driver not an actor. I thought the dancing was superb though. Carrie Ann wasn’t feeling the chemistry between them. Len agreed, saying, “I’ve seen more romance at a dentist.” Bruno also agreed. He thought Helio looked like he was in pain. Bruno couldn’t understand how he could not feel passion while dancing with Julianne.

Melanie Brown & Maksim Chmerkovsky
Dance: Samba
This week was a rough on for these two. Mel was sick, they were arguing and stressed after being in the bottom two last week, and to top it off they had to fly to London to shot the new Spice Girls video. I thought they put in a strong performance. Mak’s legs looked like rubber bands. They were pushing it after their visit to the bottom teo last week. Len said, More bounce to the ounce… I loved it.” Bruno called it the best Samba of the night. Carrie Ann said it was her favorite performance from this couple all season.

Cameron Mathison & Edyta Sliwinska
Dance: Rumba
This was the hottest dance of the night. The temperature in the studio must have gone up 10 degrees and the audience loved it. Bruno thought the improvement was dramatic and it was incredibly passionate. Carrie Ann thought the chemistry was little bit hot. She did call them on Edyta lifting her foot off the ground on her turns. Len was impressed with their improvement but didn’t like Edyta’s one legged spins.
