Here are your entertainment news highlights from this past week: October 22 - 26, 2007
Monday: The Hollywood writers’ union has approved a strike, the first in nearly 20 years. Last time it cost the industry half a billion dollars, so just imagine what that’ll do to your ticket price upon inflation this time.
Tuesday: Terminator & The Connors on your TV? Not until January, says Fox Network.
Wednesday: The X-Files 2 Movie will start filming as early as December. Chris Carter is back to direct with Duchovny and Anderson set to star.
Thursday: Dancing With The Stars announced a spin-off with Dance War. DW will include DWTS’ temp host Lachey as well as two of the original judges as their dances teams face off each week.
Friday: The theaters have calmed down after last week’s six releases with just two new wide releases this weekend. Phew.
