There’s just something about anything 24 related that makes me feel like I need to be SHOUTING and running all over the room. I’m used to running all over the place, but it’s the shouting part that really wears me out. Thankfully Jack Bauer and his miracle cell phone battery are nearly back to TV. The seventh season of the series will return on Sunday, January 13th, just a few weeks after star Kiefer Sutherland will be out of jail (if you believe he’ll serve the full sentence, sure).

Here’s the quick run down on what you’ll need to know for this new season, presented in overly dramatic fashion:

• CTU IS GONE
• THE NATION IS UNDER ATTACK

• And best of all, someone we thought was dead is back, and in a bad, bad way
