Get ready fans of the Emmy and Golden Globe winning elective surgery drama, Nip/Tuck. N/T is ready to return tonight on FX Networks at 10pm for its fifth season and will bring back six of the series regulars with Dylan Walsh, Julian McMahon, Joely Richardson, John Hensley, Roma Maffia, and Kelly Carlson. Christian and Sean struggle to rebuild McNamara/Troy from the ground up as they settle into their new Beverly Hills practice. New opportunities arise after they meet a slick Hollywood publicist who offers to help build their reputation through the media rather than through their surgical abilities.

If you’re new to the show then coming in on a big transition to the storyline (as the doctors shift their practice from one coast to the other) is the perfect time to get on the N/T train. If you’re a long time fan of the series then you’ll be happy to hear the network has ordered a full 22 episodes for this season, making it the longest season of the series yet. Don’t miss the stack of cameos either as Rosie O’Donnell will reprise her role and we’ll get lots more like Oliver Platt, Bradley Cooper, Portia de Rossi, and Tia Carrere.
