The Bachelor Season 11

Cabo San Lucas is tonight’s setting for Brad and his final three women, but as always there will be one sad lady as tonight’s show will end with just two roses.

Date #1: Jenni, The Dolphins, & A Room With A View

Brad and Jenni meet up first and head over to swim with the dolphins, which turned out to make Jenni nervous. After a little play time in the water and a few dolphin kisses she relaxes enough to enjoy the date. Once they’re out of the water Brad decides to point blank ask Jenni about her feelings (after giving her a drink first, of course). Jenni skates around it for awhile but comes off slightly reserved as she says she doesn’t want to risk being disappointed. Brad plans to get her to relax and be her regular self so he can see what could really happen between them.

Once night falls Brad and Jenni get back together for dinner and an eventual retreat to his hotel suite. Brad thanks her for being her, which Jenni finds very touching and explains that she has an easier time showing it. This segues right into Jenni asking for that “special something in his pocket”, which fortunately turns out to be the key to his “fantasy suite”. They don’t even bother reading the card (wine), something seems to have really gotten them frisky (more wine), and it looks like anything could happen tonight but I can’t tell why (wine, wine, wine). The couple gets right to kissing on the bed before Brad comes over and closes the door to the camera crew standing outside.

Date #2: Bettina, Brad, & Boats
Brad is looking forward to this date with Bettina because she’s adventurous and loves the water. After sailing around for awhile for what Brad concludes is likely one of the coolest things he’s ever done. Really? Nah. These two spend just a short time on the beach as we hear Bettina tell us that although she’s really attracted to Brad and wants to get closer she feels that something is holding her back. Maybe the producers can find some sort of liquid barrier breaker for her. Hmm…

The dinner conversation jumps right into it as Bettina wants to talk about last week’s disastrous meeting with her parents. She explains that her parents biggest concern was if Brad felt the same about Bettina as she did for him. I don’t know if I believe that one or not. Brad then asks what they’d think if she moved to Austin, but then immediately says, “just kidding.” Hmm. He doesn’t seem to serious about this one tonight. Bettina promises she wouldn’t have any problem moving to Texas for him. Brad looks really uptight during the conversation and he later notes their talks are still too “heavy”. This time around these take the time to read the card given to them. Bettina immediately says yes to Jenni’s sloppy seconds, oops, I mean she says yes to spending the night with Brad in the “fantasy suite”. A quick jump in the hot tub leads to a lot kisses followed by a “do not disturb” sign on the door.

Date #3: DeAnna & the Dune Buggies

While this might be Brad’s third day of dating he promises to focus only on DeAnna. Their adventure takes them to a dune buggy course where DeAnna shows him up on the course. Brad says he’s impressed with her and is looking forward to their dinner date. But wait, first we have to get our bikini shot of DeAnna. Okay, now we’re ready for dinner.

Meeting up for dinner Brad and DeAnna clearly have a much more comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere than Bettina. DeAnna holds nothing back and tells Brad that she’s falling in love with him and that she really means that. Brad was made speechless by her statements and says that is exactly what he wanted to hear from her. Here the card comes up and DeAnna gives it a read and quickly agrees. Brad tells us he’s developing some very strong feelings for DeAnna and even makes a big statement when he says that he looks at her as a soulmate. Wow, now that’s a heavy thing to say. Let’s see if he lives up to it at the rose ceremony. A few more kisses in the pool at the fantasy suite fades out and leaves the rest to our imagination. I’m going to guess they played Scrabble. That’s what I used to catch the ladies. They couldn’t get enough of it!

Rose Ceremony:
Brad looks almost as anxious as the three ladies awaiting his decision. He tells them that it will break his heart to send one of them home, but that’s how this goes. The first rose goes to Jenni. Uh oh, that doesn’t look good for Bettina! The second rose goes to DeAnna, leaving Bettina out in the cold.

Rose

Roses:
1. DeAnna
2. Jenni

This rose ceremony wasn’t a big surprise as it was clear that Brad’s interest in Bettina was wanning. As they sat alone Brad swears this was a difficult decision. Bettina asks why and Brad explains he never got to feel like he knew her and that seemed pretty clear to everyone but Bettina. She says that this might be the fairest thing to her if he wasn’t feeling the same as she did. In the ride away Bettina explains that she was shocked and that it must be “f**king off the charts” with the other girls for him to have sent her home.

Next Week:
Ah yeah, get ready cause next week all the ladies come back for the “tell all” episode which everyone knows really means “bitch fest”. If you wanted to get more details on Hilary’s dramatic departure then they’ll have you covered there as well. Don’t forget about Brad’s twin brother, because he’ll be back too. Then in two weeks we’ll get the finale where Jenni and DeAnna will have one last chance to convince Brad that they’re the one. I know where I’d place my bets. What about you? Any guesses out there?
