Last week Nip/Tuck returned to the airwaves for its fifth season and seems to have been warmly received by its fans. Tonight the docs continue to climb the celebrity ladder on the west coast and keep learning as they go:

Sean and Christian learn about the glamorous side of fame and the price that many are willing to pay for it. Julia visits Sean, Christian, and Liz in Los Angeles with a surprise announcement.

Okay, so if you’re anxious to know what her surprise is then take a look at the video below. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out this secret actually runs a little deeper than what we’re shown, but maybe I’m wrong (that hasn’t happened before, but I’ve heard of it happening to other people).
