So yesterday Mischa Barton (The OC) was arrested for driving drunk, not having a license (what the hell?), and for being dumb enough to carry her stash on her while driving drunk (and without a license):

Barton was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana, according to a statement from sheriff’s Sgt. John Hocking.

Deputies saw her vehicle straddling the lanes and failing to signal for a turn, according to a sheriff’s press statement.

“During Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage,” the statement said.

I don’t know where the police go to come up with all these wacky ideas, but it’s gotta be crazy town. As her wanna-be-lawyer I’ll first present these photos which show that Mischa Barton is in fact a very careful driver who keeps both hands on the wheel and never, ever uses drugs while driving. Wait… dammit. Wrong pictures.
