One Tree Hill

One Tree Hill continues its return with the second episode in its fifth season tonight on The CW and boy, oh boy do they have everyone’s favorite guest star lined up. Kevin Federline is going to star in a multi-episode storyline as a, get this, “problematic musician”. That’s like asking Amy Winehouse to come on and play a bottomed out druggie. After witnessing Federline’s attempt at acting when he showed up on CSI I learned the best thing that can come from him is a cop punching him in the face. Sadly, I don’t think that’ll happen in tonight’s show, though it’d be awesome if that was part of every TV gig he got. Instead we’ll have to settle for Peyton trying to land ol’ Fed-Ex in part of her big plan to impress the boss and earn some credit so someone else can get stuck picking up lunch.

“My Way Home Is Through You” One Tree Hill episode details:

KEVIN FEDERLINE GUEST STARS AS A PROBLEMATIC MUSICIAN — Lucas’ (Chad Michael Murray) editor (guest star Michaela McManus, “The Beautiful Lie”) wonders about the timing of his recent creative inspiration. Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Peyton (Hilarie Burton) make business plans, while Mouth (Lee Norris) tries to win points with his boss Alice (guest star Kelly Collins Lintz, “Surface”). Lucas and Skills (Antwon Tanner) finally make some headway with the Ravens, while Nathan (James Lafferty) tries to wrestle free from Dan’s (guest star Paul Johansson) legacy. Bethany Joy Galeotti also stars. David Jackson directed the episode written by John A. Norris (#3T6803).
