The American Idol auditions are over! It’s on to Hollywood! Now its time for for this season’s hopefuls to show the judges they have what it takes to be an American Idol finalist. Randy, Paula, and Simon sent 164 promising young singers to Hollywood. Over the next couple nights, 140 of them will have their dreams of stardom crushed. Only 24 of them will get the opportunity to move on to the next round of competition.
If you can’t tell, I’m pretty excited that the auditions are over. I feel like the real Season 7 is finally about to begin, so make sure you tune in tonight (and stop back here afterwards). And don’t forget, American Idol is on for 2-hours starting at 8/7c.
