Oh Jackie Moon, your Semi-Pro debut seems to have gone semi-flat coming in at nearly one third the studio estimates with just $15.2 million this weekend. I thought the marketing for this one had been over the top with all of its cross promotions and it couldn’t have been word of mouth hurting it all ready. I doubt this one will have time to recover before next weekend’s wave of movies comes to claim the #1 throne. “The Other Boleyn Girl”, also on its debut, came in at fourth place with just over $8.3 million.
