Over the past nine seasons of Big Brother, I don’t think I’ve been more perplexed by any other Houseguest than Adam. This guy is alternately brilliant, and simple-minded in the way he’s playing the game. The general consensus in the house is that he’s easily influenced to do other people’s bidding. However, that could actually work to his benefit in the long run. For instance, Chelsia really blames Natalie for her eviction, even though Adam nominated her. Chelsia called out Adam for having no “back bone” but really, who else was ‘Baller’ going to nominate? He nominated a power couple in James and Chelsia, and then Sharon from the other couple when James saved himself. Strategically, I can’t think of a better move on Adam’s part.
On a personal level, Adam may be the most well liked person in the house besides Sharon. All the guys like him, and were defending him to Sheila in the early weeks. The girls see him as harmless, and even chivalrous when he does things like give Sheila the ten grand prize a few weeks ago. He’s goofy, and funny, and often times comes up with some truly smart moments.
I won’t get into the hygiene, and I’ve lost count of how many times he’s groped himself and picked his nose on national TV. It’s like watching a 240 lb. 12-year old at times.
I’m not denying that there is something shady about him. The questionable remarks about “retards”, the dubious affiliation with his supposed autism association, and the inevitable firing that followed has left a bad taste in peoples mouths. I would have pegged him as a used car salesman if I didn’t know any better. The kind that will take you for a test drive and point out the best spot to pick up hookers.
Moving on, Matt’s departure from the house has turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for Natalie. She successfully ousted her nemesis Chelsia, and then follows up with a HoH win. We’ll see if James can dodge the bullet again this coming week, as he is surely going to be nominated again. I also expect Sharon to be put on the block, or Sheila should one of the aforementioned win PoV.
MY TOP EIGHT TIPS FOR NATALIE THIS WEEK:
1. No oral.
2. Don’t talk so much.
3. God doesn’t send people to heaven because they crack open a bible every so often. You make Wahmber look pious. God bless you, God.
4. Shut up.
5. If any houseguest were to fall unconscious to the floor, and you come to their rescue, pat them down for a Snickers Bar. It’s not like you don’t deserve it.
6. Try to avoid falling head-over-heels in love with Josh. I know you find complete revulsion towards you sexy, but it’s just not gonna happen.
7. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, STOP TALKING.
8. You, in pigtails, is like that time Madonna tried to rap. Or, Courtney Love in a Catholic School Girl outfit. Just… no.

I almost stopped watching BB when NAUGHTY NATALIA won HOH Sunday. I consider myself a Christian and can’t say I have not done questionable things in my life but I do not walk around with a bible saying it’s ok to sin - God forgives! I will keep watching however just to see Sheila and Natalie walk out the door. (Don’t have enough time or energy to get started with Sheila). I myself am a James fan. Yes - he’s a rock star porn guy but there is something about his boyish charm I admire. I’m going to continue out my days looking for signs to see if James will stay in the house because according to NAUGHTY NATALIA - Jesus gives you signs all the time - which I believe - but I don’t think the sign he shows people is to how to win a million dollars on a reality TV show.

I agree with you nennie whole heartedly, Natalie has not read her bible as well as she thought she has..do not judge ye less be judged..james doesnt pretend to be something hes not for america or others to like him..he is playing the game straight forward and in their faces…unlike those two…i would vote for james to have the money if i could

I don’t agree with any of you. If anything, Natalie is playing the game the best, regardless of how well she follows the Bible. I am Catholic too, but I definitely don’t follow every single rule in the Bible, and I have yet to find a single person in the world who does! Natalie is strategically playing the game very well. She can easily manipulate people into thinking different strategies, and has proven to do so over the past couple weeks. She won HOH this week because she clearly has some smarts to her, even though she may not appear that way on the outside. She is a genuine girl, and shouldn’t be judged because of how she doesn’t follow every single rule of the Bible.
James on the other hand is crazy. You may say he is playing the game, however, he isn’t liked by anyone in the house, and he will probably go home this week, unless he wins POV. Ryan is the best player in the house, currently playing it low, but I think he also holds a lot of power in this household.
I guess we will have to see what happens with the POV and the weeks ahead.

I agree with LC on this one… Nennie - James’s boyish charm is part of his con, don’t fall for it. He’s the least thing from being sincere. There is no way he would get my vote for the money. Like they said in the house “never trust a guy with pink hair”. He’s a con artist, a very smart one! So I’ll give him that. If anyone is playing straight forward it’s Natalie. Not James… hmmm let’s see “you and Matty are safe this week”, then he backdoors him.. straight forward? I think not… Yes, he just did what HE thought was the BEST move he could have done in that situation, but not straightforward.
And to be honest it WASN’T even the best move he could have done. If I was him I would have used that situation to start up a secret alliance with Matty and Natalie… get the two power couples to the final four then battle it out. Matty would have gone for it for sure (because he’s a con artist too). He could have put someone else up, and he would have looked like he was sticking to his word it wouldn’t have looked suspicious and if anything he would have gained respect from the other players.. EVERYONE would take his word from that point on… instead, he’s probably going home this week…

James is nothing but a nasty person who does gay porn. I hope he’s tossed out with the last trash.

LC, THANK YOU FOR SAYING NICE THINGS ABOUT NATALIE, SHE IS MY NIECE AND A VERY SWEET AND GENUINE PERSON, I THINK SHE IS PLAYING VERY WELL AND I HOPE JAMES AND JOSHUA ARE TOSSED YOU CANT TRUST ANYTHING THEY DO. I AM PROUD TO HAVE HER AS MY NEICE AND WISH HER WELL, I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO PULL CHELSEA’S HAIR OUT SHE IS SUCH A MEAN PERSON, ITS HARD TO WATCH SOMEONE DO THINGS LIKE THAT TO A FAMILY MEMBER !

Love James and Chelsea. I was very sad to see Chelsea go. She added so much fun and laughter to BB. Over everybody I want James to walk away with the money hands down!

A true christian would not be on BB, nor dress and talk like Natalie does. God doesn’t involve Himself in this.Great that most are reading, but she is not a leader she is a sheep, easily led astray especially into conversations, undeemed a christian lady. I hope Adam wins. Natalie is BORING with all the talking
March 30th, 2008 at 3:23 pm
@Ceci: I think that’s rather harsh to say a true Christian would not be on Big Brother. It’s Sunday, so we can get a little religious on this:
Jesus didn’t hide from the secular world, so why should someone that considers him or herself a Christian?
Not only that, but in Isaiah chapter 53 we are reminded that we are all like sheep and have wandered astray.
If you are really so concerned with Natalie perhaps then it’d be better to pray for her than to slam her.
March 30th, 2008 at 9:14 pm
Well Kathleen, it’s nice you are so proud of your niece! [nastiness deleted] I am hoping Natalie gets the boot very soon. The Beaver state is missing its head beaver!!
[Ed. note: Tia, you've failed to play nice.]

Bible also says not to associate with “unequal yoke”, has nothing to do with the secular world, not to be like them. The sheep hears the Master’s voice, try to live a godly life, when you accept Him as your Savior and are born again of the spirit you completely change and leave the worldly ways. Reread the Word. She’s naive and needs Good doctrine

Tonight Natalie read a letter from her family and said how proud they are of her. If I had an orgy with people I just met I think my father would have a stroke not to meantion on NATIONAL TV. Between Natalie and Sheila they are an embarrasment to woman. James and Chelsea are no better than anyone in the house - but they don’t go running around preaching about Jesus.
March 31st, 2008 at 7:14 am
@Ceci: My recommendation for you still stands.
I’m also confused as to why you’re watching BB if you feel it’s so unChristianly to have anything to do with it.
March 31st, 2008 at 9:24 am
Natalie is doing a great job and she has definitely done so much better since Matt was voted out.
As for who is a better christian… come on, folks!! We are ALL at different levels in our growth and understanding of God and his roll in our daily lives and none of us have the right to judge and criticize one another on where we are individually in that growth. Our christian responsibility is to love, encourage, and forgive. Keep that in mind when you decide to persecute ANYONE for carrying around their bible, reading their bible, and praying!!
Now… back to ‘the game’…. Natalie has a good heart and is well-intentioned. I hope she wins.

April 1st, 2008 at 9:10 pm
You don’t have to be a christian, to read and understand it well, and applying it in your lfe
April 4th, 2008 at 7:24 am
kathleen i hope nat wins and for everybody that’s trying to put her down HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE. U ARE NOT SINLESS WHETHER U R A CHRISTIAN OR NOT NAT IS PLAYING THE GAME. DONT HATE THE PLAYER HATE THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!
April 6th, 2008 at 1:20 am
I wish Nat would stop quoting scripture, talking abot being holy etc, meanwhile she is explicit when talking, contradicting what she says. Sheila deserves to win she ’s playing the game.
