BB9 Houseguests

Big Brother 9 picks right up after the nom ceremony. Sheila is furious and says she doesn’t trust Adam for nominating her. Ryan thinks Adam’s noms were spineless. James is ecstatic. He says it’s the first time in weeks he has seen his key come out of the box.

Adam notes that everyone is pissed at him. He says he fell for James’ tears. Sheila is back to bitch at Adam. She says she can take it, she’s a big girl. Hah. All she does for days is bitch about things. Sure enough, she comes right back and says he’s put her in a spot that now she has to win something. Haha, that’s impossible! Sheila can’t win anything.

Sheila and Ryan group up in the back room and she keeps bitching. Ryan heads back out to talk to Adam and points out that Adam will have to nom either him or Nat if James gets the PoV. James says he swears he won’t use the PoV if he wins it and challenges Ryan to win it so he can put James up on the block.

Sheila is again back in the bedroom so she can keep bitching to Nat and Ryan about Adam’s decision. Adam takes this chance to go talk with Sharon outside. He asks her if he did the right or wrong thing. Um, Sharon is going to have a biased view. Adam admits he did the wrong thing.

Adam and Sheila catch back up to discuss his decision. Sheila has calmed down. Adam admits it was dumb. Sheila says she understands why he did it. He starts telling his friends, “I’m so sorry.” He follows this up with, “I’m a MORON!” Ahh, it’s not the end of the world, yet. Ryan comes in and says he forgives him too and explains it was unnecessary risk. Adam swears he’s not on James’ side. Everyone forgives everyone. Ahh, group hug time!

James, Adam, and Natalie meet in the kitchen and start talking about the PoV. James swears he won’t use the PoV if he wins it. Nat promises that if he wins it and doesn’t use it she won’t nom him that week. This discussion gives James hope that he’ll survive the week.

James goes out to tell Sharon about the deal. She verbally smacks him upside his head and says there is no way Nat will do anything to help him. Sharon pretty much laughs at him for believing what he just heard. I’d have to agree. She also knows this will screw her if he doesn’t use it if he wins it. In that case Sharon would go home, so it’s in her interest to talk him down from that deal.

Sharon and James have a big heart touching talk in the bedroom. I use “heart touching” very loosely. It’s probably supposed to, but not to me at least. James talks about how emotionally tough the game is. They both miss home and family. Sharon talks about how Jacob told her, after the got evicted, that he really felt like he let her down. They’re going on about playing with partners and then having that partner “torn away”. Ehh, yeah, there’ not really tugging at any heart strings with this guy.

Now for a bit on House Mother Sheila. She talks about “the kids” and how none of them clean up. To be fair, I do see her in the kitchen cleaning a lot on the live feeds. She cleans up the shower, the kitchen, and even the bathroom.

Power of Veto:

This comp looks awesome. They head out back and find an Indiana Jones’ “Temple of Doom” set up. They have to bring a sacrifice to the “water god”. The challenge will be remembering the day an event happened on and then finding a stone with the correct number on it. It’s a race competition to find the number first and get back.

First question: When was Chelsia evicted? (Day 49) Wow, really Big Brother? Trying to lean this towards James at all? Ahh, of course. James can’t make up his mind and is the last to decide. That’s crap that there isn’t a time limit. Natalie is eliminated first.

Second question: When did Amanda fake her seizure? I mean, when did Amanda get sick? (Day 16) Sheila can’t remember how long she’s been in the house. James and Sheila have the same wrong answer, but guess what, Big Brother says that since James got back first he stays and she is eliminated.

Third question: When did the couples split? (Day 28) James is eliminated. Everyone left but James got it right. James says it felt like he just lost $500,000.

Fourth question: When did Evel Dick visit? (Day 44) Wow, these HGs are good. Ryan and Adam get the same number and are right. Sharon was off by one and was eliminated.

Fifth question: When did they have the mystery box? (Day 35) It’s just Adam and Ryan. Ryan tells Adam the day he is going for. I think Adam just threw it as he goes one under the number Ryan told him. Adam is eliminated.

Ryan is the PoV winner!

Sheila is thrilled that Ryan won the PoV. She says that she “hopes Ryan will do the right thing.” It’s a good thing that this game revolves around Sheila! More fun for Sheila as Sharon discloses to her that she knows Natalie was trying to work a deal with James. Sharon doesn’t tell Sheila that Adam was also there, but that’s because James didn’t mention it. Sheila now thinks Nat will betray her.

Apparently she feels safe with Ryan though as she goes to confide in him. She reminds him that they’ll have to turn on each other soon. She promises that she won’t turn on him. Sheila keeps baiting him along until Ryan says that he thinks Nat would do that.

James and Ryan have a late night talk. James says he’d be in debt to Ryan if he didn’t use it. Ryan says that James is a big threat to him, but James replies that it’s Nat that’s the threat. They start talking about if Nat is offering deals up to James. He lies about the situation and says that Nat was offering him things and saying things that she didn’t. Smart move on James’ part. Ryan tells James that if they work together it’s “worth a shot.”

CBS again reminds everyone to visit BigBrother10.Net to get their BB 10 application and casting dates: http://bigbrother10.net

Power of Veto Ceremony:

Sheila points out that Ryan really earned the PoV. No kidding, he won it. Ryan says that he’s been lucky to surround himself with strong allies, so he’ll use it to save Sheila. Everyone but James cheers. James sits there emotionless. I think this was smart of Ryan as he can use it later to get her vote if she’s on the jury and he’s in the Final 2.

No surprise here, but Adam says he has to nominate James. Adam says that James is his friend, but gameplay has to come first. James says not to blame Adam for not originally nominating him. James also says that Ryan made a smart move by using it.

James tells us in the DR that he’s not giving up. Sharon says she’s going to do the same thing she does every week, keep her mouth shut. Ryan says his plan is to evict James.

Tomorrow night we’ll get the live eviction (of James) and the next HoH competition. Who do you want to leave and who do you want to be the new HoH?

The illicit exchange between Ryan and Adam which resulted in Ryan’s winning the POV and causing James probable eviction was WRONG and BB/CBS should rectify it in some way. The rules were broken and the result should be nullified. Come on CBS/BB, DO something!

There actually weren’t any rules preventing HGs from discussing the numbers they were going to select in the PoV Comp. Furthermore, Adam and Ryan work closely together and even if Adam had won he would have used it to get James onto the block. All that happened was Adam took a dive to throw it to Ryan so he wouldn’t have to look like he went back on his word w/ James.

hi what gets me is shelia thinks every1,& everything revolves around her in the bigbrother house. like every1 is suppose to respect her, because she is their elder, not talk down to her,or about her behind her back or lie .but its ok for her to do that to every1 else.she claims she doesnt do that, what a lie.to me you give respect, to get respect.
maybe when she goes home she should watch the tapeing of herself, then say what she thinks.
