Last night, on Dancing With The Stars I found myself disagreeing with the judges especially on the performances they liked. Now I know I am no ballroom dancing expert so I cannot judge the performances based on the technique as well as they can but, I know what I like. I’ve been watching the show long enough to know a sloppy performance when I see one and I also know which performances entertained me. Take a look at the judges leader board from last night:

Cristian & Cheryl: 25
Marlee & Fabian: 24
Mario & Karina: 24
Marissa & Tony: 24

I agree that Kristi & Mark and Shannon & Derek had brilliant performances last night. Jason & Edyta’s waltz was just boring in my opinion. How can you give him a 10 when he tripped! Even I could pick that out. Marlee & Fabian’s was far more entertaining even though Marlee apparently had some trouble with her posture. Never the less, I still think that Marlee & Fabian should have received a higher score. I liked Cristian & Cheryl’s Paso although it may not have been as cleen as some of the others. Likewise, Mario & Karina’s Paso was also entertaining and . I’m not a big fan of Adam Carrola as a dancer. I thought he did OK. The judges gushed over Marissa & Tony’s Paso Doble and then handed them the mediocre scores they deserved. Priscilla & Louis’ score last week was totally overrated. The 22 they got last night was much more on the mark for the types of scores they should be getting.
My guess is that the bottom three for tonight will be Marissa & Tony, Priscilla & Louis, and Adam & Julianne. They are the obvious choices. I think these three couples are this season’s dead wood and all of them will be off the show in the next few weeks. Its just a matter of what order they go in. Adam & Julianne will probably be going home this week. If not it is only because of Julianne’s popularity.

What was up with Carrie Ann’s comment to Priscilla on how good her facial expression was? That was kinda bizzare. I feel bad for her, not making fun cuz she’s a victim of a con doctor, but am I the only one who thought that was wierd?

Sounds a little patronizing of Carrie Ann. I wonder how many times last season they had to edit out Carrie Ann telling Heather Mills her leg looked so real.

we thought that Marlee should have had at least 2 of delaburkes score,wearing the rosary as part of their props was not right. they both know how sacred a rosary is and to disrespect it like that is not acceptable…a plug for her dance studio was shameless also. we loved Kristi and Shannon’s performances…our votes are there…
