I’m torn on this movie news. Rumors have it that supermodel Gisele is being talked to about joining the cast of Mike Myer’s fourth installment of the Austin Powers series. I don’t feel like any of the “Powers’ Babes” have been right since Elizabeth Hurley and maybe that’s just because they started with the bar so high. Then again how much worse can you get than Heather Graham and Beyonce? Well I guess you could try by getting someone who doesn’t do a whole lot of speaking English:

Word is the 27-year-old Brazilian beauty already has been given the script, and her agent will meet soon with star Mike Myers and director Jay Roach. Bundchen hasn’t done a lot of acting in part because Portuguese - not English - is her native tongue.

I’m not going to lie to you. Putting Gisele in this movie certainly won’t hurt its chances of getting an audience, but the bigger question is: Do we need another Austin Powers?
