BB9 Houseguests

We pick up with Natalie’s eviction. She doesn’t understand why the boys split their votes. Ryan explains she would be too hard to beat later and this way they could put the blood on Sheila’s hands. It’s hard to blame Sheila for that after what Natalie said.

Sharon thinks it’s hilarious that she keeps getting nominated and surviving. Adam and Ryan are fighting over Adam whispering to Natalie that he didn’t vote her out. Ryan is upset because this was supposed to be a secret, but now she’ll think in favor of Adam over Ryan.

We get a flashback to the bogus question from the HoH competition last week. This is hilarious because Big Brother completely edited it so it appeared as though Julie Chen never paused in her delivery of the answer about the guinea pigs. In reality there was a 10 second pause (I timed it) between the question and the answer, time filled with awkward pausing the drawn out “the… answer… is…”. Don’t try to lie, again, BB.

Everyone is freaking out over the “relationship” question and trying to figure out who it is. BB tells us the guinea pigs are sisters. Sheila and Ryan start to wonder if they are related and they didn’t know it. Adam starts questioning Sheila, so she offers to swear on the Bible, but they decline. She’s not playing this well at all, especially considering it’s not her at all.

Sheila and Sharon are talking about who voted how. Sharon tells Sheila she knows how the votes went and says she thinks Adam voted to keep Natalie (he did). They wonder if Adam’s disclosure to Natalie will ruin his alliance with Ryan. Nah.

Ryan gets his HoH room and everyone comes to see. Sheila is relieved to see there are no pictures of her in his room (still worried about that connection). Ryan reads his letter from his gf, Jen. It’s very nice and sweet and she manages to get through it without calling him a racist, so that’s an improvement!

Adam decides he’ll be talking like a robot. He does this mostly to annoy Sheila and it works. Ryan thinks it’s hilarious, so this keeps Adam going a little longer. Nothing much comes of it, but it’s funny.

Adam and Sheila have a talk in the back bedroom. He promises her “till death do us part.” They shake on it. They promise they have each other’s back. Adam tells the DR that he’s not sure if he can trust her or not. Still smart of him to keep playing it like he does trust her. He’s in a good spot with both Sheila and Ryan.

Speaking of Ryan, Adam goes up to the HoH room to talk. Discussions come back around to whether Adam whispered “I voted for you” to Natalie. Ryan says he saw his lips say that. Adam swears he said, “what do you want me to do?” We see the flashback showing that Adam definitely mouthed “I voted for you.” Adam keeps denying it. Ryan tells the DR that he doesn’t believe Adam’s lies.

Luxury Competition:
Get ready for a luxury competition. The prize is a preview screening of “What Happens In Vegas”. Too bad that movie didn’t stay in Vegas. I saw the full trailer for it this weekend and it looks awful. Anyway, that’s the prize for them. Sharon and Ryan pair up, which upsets Sheila (but again, why does Sheila keep having this entitlement issue??), so that leaves Adam to pair with Sheila.

The HGs have to run around and find little rings in broken bottles and fill a board with them. The winners get an awesome prize of the screening (boo) and a trip to the big premiere and after party (now that’s cool!). The losers have to get chained up for a full 24 hours (not too bad).

Adam takes great pleasure in busting bottles over Sheila’s head (they are prop bottles). It’s pretty funny to watch everyone else swing gently and Adam just haul off and swing the bottles hard on Sheila’s head. The whole idea of digging through broken bottles to find a little ring sounds like a dangerous idea.

Sharon and Ryan get way ahead and end up with 2/3 of the rings on their board, giving them a great chance of winning over Adam and Sheila. The big wheel gets a spin and lands on the piece that Ryan and Sharon had found, so they win. Adam and Sheila will be chained together since they just lost. Sheila is bitching, of course. 24 hours is not the end of the world, lady. Plus, in this house what else are you going to do?

CBS throws up another reminder that Big Brother 10 will be on this summer and wants you to visit bigbrother10.net for all the details.

The HGs come back in and find the small table. They’re excited to be the final four. Next up is the movie screening. Sheila and Baller are jealous about not getting to join them outback. It’s a pretty sweet set up out there with these vintage, classic cars to make it feel like a drive up theater. We get to watch them a little as they screen the movie. If I ever put out a movie I want Sharon to write the review. She’s laughing at the title screen of the movie, so she’s easy to please.

Ryan brings Sheila up to the HoH room and is up front that he’ll be nominating her this week. He says she’s totally safe though because everyone will vote out the person against her. If Adam votes, he’ll vote to keep Sheila. If Sharon votes, she’ll vote to keep Sheila. He’s got a good point. Sheila isn’t thrilled, but doesn’t fight it much.

Ryan and Sharon have a similar discussion. They both agree that they can’t trust Adam and again we get a flashback to Adam mouthing “I voted for you,” to Natalie. Ryan doesn’t want to look suspicious, but wants to make sure they are the final two. Ryan is doing a great job of working everyone in the house. He should get rid of Sheila this week though, because I think she’s the one loose cannon in his plan.

Nomination Ceremony:
Just one key to pull out this week. Ryan pulls out Adam’s key.

Sheila and Sharon have been nominated for eviction.

Ryan says it’s nothing against the ladies, but he has to stick by his boy Adam. He reminds them that this PoV will be crucial and guarantee safety. Everyone is feeling pretty good about the situation but Sheila. She’s still bitching about being chained to Adam for 24 hours. Damn woman, relax! You’d think she was shackled to him for 24 days the way she complains non-stop.

Tuesday’s episode will be a big, big one. We’ll get the PoV and likely the live eviction as well (this depends on the presidential debates, seriously).
