Surprisingly to me, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” did not top the box office but instead got second place while Jet Li and Jackie Chan’s martial arts fantasy movie, “Forbidden Kingdom”, took the #1 spot with $20.8 million. Al Pacino’s ticking time bomb, “88 Minutes”, barely made a pop on the radar with just $6.8 million after receiving reviews that likened it to the worst movies in years.
Did any of these draw out your $10 for a ticket this weekend?
