You probably don’t remember Billy Zane, but he was the bad guy in Titanic and more importantly he announced that there’d be a “walk-off” between Zoolander and Hansel. Zane may have vanished from film, but that’s because he had better things to do for the past four years, like his fiancée Kelly Brook. That’s all come to an end now though, according to People:

Zane, 42, and British actress Kelly Brook, 28, parted ways last month, according to a report in the U.K.’s Sun. (Reporters became suspicious after she appeared at a TV award show last Sunday without her engagement ring.)

“The decision was made after long conversations here and in the U.S.,” a source told the paper. “They remain good friends.” They were due to wed at their 600-year-old English farmhouse next year.”

You know what else is 600 years old? Billy Zane.

Uninteresting Update: US based US Weekly says, “Billy Zane Calls Off Engagement” while UK based Daily Mail says “Kelly decided that Billy is not the man she wants to marry and has called off the engagement.” Looks like the US has Billy’s back on this one.
