Season 7 of FOX’s 24 got the bump from 2008 after the WGA strike killed its chances with a disconnected in the episode roll out. Don’t worry though as a Russian website has gotten its grubby little hands on a preview publicity shot of 24’s season 7 cast as seen above. If you look closely you’ll see a few semi-surprises there in the mix. Not terribly surprising because we saw one supposedly dead character in the preview video for season 7. Hint: he’s to Jack Bauer’s right.

There’s still a long wait before we’ll get “Day 7″ which will launch in January 2009. We’ve also been promised a two hour lead in movie to the new season to land sometime this fall. Sounds good to me. I’m ready for a strong renewal of this season which is known for its dips between great “days”.
