The Bachelor Season 11

Buenos Cinco de Mayo, amigos! It’s the Women Tell All special and we are here tonight with 15 of the lovely ladies from The Bachelor: London Calling. Chris begins by talking to some of the girls about their first impressions of Matt. Amanda says she was struck right away, as does Marshana.

Next, we are reminded of Stacey’s “interesting gift” (panties) and how Matt thought it was a bit tacky. Chris says that Erin H. seemed most bothered by it and she says she just felt ok to stand up about it. Erin S. (the one who was with Matt at the time of the gift) says she didn’t know what it was at first. Chris then asks Kelly if she’s ever handed out her underwear and she says no. Stacey apologizes for being offensive (I kinda feel bad for her) and we go to commercial.

When we come back, we talk about all the drama this season. Lots of recapping of Robyn, so Chris calls her to the “hot seat.” She easily had the most difficult time with the ladies and she says that when she gets around girls, her super-competitive side comes out. She “played the game” so harsh because she really did like Matt and wanted to be around him. She said it was a very lonely experience living in the house because she was never truly hated before this. Marshana says she felt Robyn was intentionally mean and Amanda felt they were all unconvinced of her intentions. They felt she was just there to win a competition. She handles all the criticism amazingly well and I don’t hate her anymore. Glad she’s not the winner, but don’t hate her.

Chris then brings up the “Most Dramatic Fight in Bachelor History!” Marshana is called to the “hot seat” and they play a montage of everyone calling her a drama queen (in so many words). She comments that at the fight, she felt Robyn was being condescending and Chelsea didn’t know her well enough to make such strong statements about her character. She felt that Robyn talked down to her, then the two of them get into a short spat. Amanda tells us that she’s been watching and the editing doesn’t show us the true Marshana because she roomed with her and really got to know her and although she’s a strong personality, she’s not that bad. Marshana waxes poetic about how she has come to terms with the fact that not every single human on Planet Earth is going to like her and so she can only be happy with who she is and then we go to more freaking commercials.

Next up? Amanda onto the couch. We are reminded of her journey on the show and how the connection between Matt and Amanda was immediate. Chris mentions how everyone was “blown away” when she got the boot last week. She says she opened up a lot in Barbados and was confident going into the Rose Ceremony that she would stay another week and then be proposed to. At first, she thought the Rose Ceremony was a prank and Matt was getting back at her for the one she pulled on him at her hometown date. She says she learned that she needs to open up to people faster. Finally, they talk about the “meeps” and she actually gets a montage of meeping.

When we return from commercial break number 896, Matt is on the couch and ready to answer to all the ladies he dissed. He says he’s nervous and has no hair left. Interesting. Apparently, he’s been watching and listening all this time, so he’s heard all about how Amanda still wonders why she was dumped. He tells her that with the other two, they used the “love” word where she used “like” a lot (in more ways than one!) and that made him think that there was more of a chance of love with Shayne or Chelsea. Marshana then says she felt really good once she was out because she left women like Amanda and Noelle behind (which received a well-deserved AWWW from the women in the crowd). Robyn is glad she got to know him and has no hard feelings while Stacey brought a gift for Matt – a pair of granny panties she thought he “may like better.” Oh sad, she’s actually got a great sense of humor!

They do a blooper reel which makes me actually laugh out loud. Then Matt tells us he’s engaged, though doesn’t say who (duh) and how he’s extremely happy. He now believes in fate and can’t wait to spend the rest of his life with her (Shayne, I am guessing). Finally, we see recaps of both Shayne and Chelsea’s time on the show and get a tease of the hand of the girl he chooses, but then Chris doesn’t poll the girls on who they think wins it all! Oh my gosh I’m so sad! I like hearing their reasons. Eh well. Find out next week!

  1. Oh Yummm

When they showed the previews of the final rose ceremony, they initially show Matt standing on the left, facing Shayne on the right. They then show Matt on the right, facing Chelsea on the left. After a few more clips, they show Matt kneeling to propose, facing someone on the left which means they are showing him on the right side. Could it possibly be Chelsea???

  2. Matt

You are smart! Very good eye on seeing that.
