Apparently someone in the California court system has been watching Britney on HIMYM and has decided the best way to keep her off of Neil Patrick Harris’ show is to busy her with children. Kinda.

Federline’s lawyer announced that while nothing has changed, things have changed:

There was no change in custody, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference, but he said her time with her boys will be “more than it has been.” He would not elaborate.

“The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to,” Kaplan said. “It represents a cautious step moving forward.”

Afterwards, Britney’s parents read a statement saying they were pleased with her progress, apparently referring to her return from Crazy Town, and were happy with the adjustments. Kevin Federline has had primary custody of both children since late January when Britney was involuntarily committed.
