Things have been getting very interesting in the Big Brother 10 house lately. I’m still a little stunned that Jerry won Head of Household. I have actually been pretty impressed with Memphis’ game play recently. He seems to have smartened up a bit. He has gotten himself allies on all sides of the house. He seems pretty secure. Although Jerry is going to be pissed that he took Dan off of the block after Memphis won the Power of Veto. Jerry really wanted Dan to go home. I think Memphis made a smart move. Making Jerry his closest ally would have been a mistake because I don’t think Jerry has a chance to win anymore competitions which at this point Memphis needs in an ally. Now in a couple of weeks when it comes down to the final three he may regret that decision but he did the right thing to get to the final three.
Now that Jerry had to put Renny up on the block, she will be the next house guest to join the jury. This will change the dynamic of the house enough that alliances will continue to shift. I think that with Renny gone, Memphis and Keesha should get together, get rid of Dan next and then Jerry last. There are enough people in the jury house who hate both of them to give them a fairly even chance. Jerry won’t win any more and Dan is just too much of a loose cannon (not to mention a tough competitor). Of course it all depends on who wins HoH on Thursday. See you then.

When Memphis used his POV to take Dan off the block, is there anything in the rules which prevented Jerry from putting Memphis on the block, and if so, why would he be protected if he willingly gave up his POV? I was hoping when he did that, Jerry, having been in the military, would have seen through Memphis’ game and put him on the block, just what he and Dan wanted to avoid happening.

To answer Bill’s question,in the rules the person who wins POV is safe and cannot be put on the block,they are safe…..the POV
