Watch out, Angelina Jolie! Comedic couple Amy Poehler and Will Arnett are hot on your trail after welcoming their first child this Saturday. While the timing was very unfortunate for Saturday Night Live and their dependence on Poehler as their Weekend Update anchor, all is well for baby and parents.

“On behalf of Amy and Will, I can confirm that Amy gave birth to Archie Arnett on Saturday, October 25th,” her rep tells Us. “He is 8lbs., 1oz.

“Amy, Will and Archie are all healthy and resting comfortably,” the rep adds.

That’s great news for everyone but SNL. Rumor has it that Poehler will not return to the late night skit series post-baby and will instead focus on her still-developing comedy series on NBC. Hopefully we’ll hear more on that soon.
